Great blog! You have some real quality information here. I’m usually not one to spend too much time reading blogs but I spent the last two hours here, LoL. Keep up the good work

  2. Chauez says:

I agree with you 99% but wonder if you have really looked at the whole picture. DOn’t mean to be critical just food for thought.

  3. Sandra says:

So this is my first visit to this site, and the first time considering being a sugar baby. Any suggestions, tips, advice? I posted an online ad, and all I got were men thinking I was an escort….it was a little disconcerning.

  4. nawtione says:

A question for the group… I have met with a gentleman from the site on 3 occasions now, but he has yet to bring up anything about an arrangement. I don’t want to seem greedy in asking, but without that part it just feels like we are dating. How do I ask this tactfully, without appearing as greedy?

  5. NC Gentleman says:

Welcome back Wildwon — was wondering where you went!

  6. Wildwon says:

I actually met him from match.com, but he does consider himself quite the lady’s man! I haven’t seen him here, but i’m sure he is and probably a bad SD!! he thinks way too highly of himself! Living in los angles never ceases to amaze at the amount of poseurs out there! Glad I moved away!

  7. gurlnextdoor says:

Haha yeah I remember that episode. They were both kind of annoying to me.

  8. Wildwon says:

I think the matchmaker lady actually hated him!

  9. Wildwon says:

His episode was done with a friend, not sure if he was rollerblading ;o) it’s been awhile since I’ve seen it, his name is Tai and he’s latin, makes salsa videos or something, I think he may have taken off his tacky shirt on the episode ;o) If you saw the one of the two best friends you would definitely remember this guy, he was obnoxious!

  10. gurlnextdoor says:

Wildwon was it the guy who had the video of him roller skating down the street, lol. I loved that episode, lmao.

  11. Wildwon says:

Thanks babe! Feel like i’ve missed so much! How is your SD search going?

  12. BettieGirlDD says:

    hey Wildwon! welcome back!

  13. Wildwon says:

ha millionaire matchmaker! I met a guy online and we talked for a couple of months, until I realized what a tool he was and then I saw him on millionaire matchmaker and he was an even bigger tool!! He might actually be on this site I should try to find him to warn you all!

  14. Wildwon says:

Hey all, been awhile since I’ve been online, away for the holidays and now back to reality! Wow, lots of opinions on this blog! I have to agree that there are deal breakers for people and that should be respected. No one is EVERYONES type, no matter how attractive, smart, fun, rich, etc.

So girls what would be dealbreakers for you?? For me? I don’t think I could be with a man that didn’t like to tie one on! Too stuffy for me!

  15. gurlnextdoor says:

Atlantian I’ll be watching it lol. I got bored one day and turned on Bravo, and a marathon of it was on. I ended up watching it for like four hours straight… that and Gossip Girl I guess are like my guilty pleasures. ๐Ÿ™‚

  16. BettieGirlDD says:

SV – totally.. I find myself fascinating! haha…

  17. Atlantian says:

Soooo who’s going to be watching the new season of Millionaire Matchmaker on Bravo?
haha It’s not all that great of a show, but it’s always nice to watch when you’re bored…

  18. Dallas says:

So will there be a vlog episode 2 soon? ๐Ÿ˜€

  19. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I have a thing for mirrors, I love watching myself… I love the tattoo on my back, I always look at it…

    I’m quite infactuated with myself.

  20. Spanish Vixen says:

@Bettie: it is quite difficult not to smile when you see yourself naked, eh? I’ve discovered that if I wasn’t me I’d so chase after me.

    /end narcissism

  21. Spanish Vixen says:

    @kitty: awwww….well I live in GA….if you’re in state, maybe I could mole—hang out with you sometime ๐Ÿ˜‰

  22. BettieGirlDD says:

Same with me.. I feel like getting tattooed is like taking ownership of your body.. when I see myself naked in the mirror they make me smile (even more than i did before). And my coworkers would never guess I had any.. nope Im just the librarian…

  23. BlkButtafly says:

Sorry…. He always feels special to see them

  24. BlkButtafly says:

All I have to say is I can’t stop laughing! Also I’m on the tattoo side. By looking at me you wouldn’t think that to be the case. I currently have 7 extremely tasteful, sexy, and well-hidden tattoos. I love them because it’s like wearing my personality so to speak. I love the places I chose to put them because my guy always feels special to we them since they aren’t displayed for the world to see.

  25. sweetredhead269443 says:

I re worded my profile and added a pic #269443 what do you all think?

  26. sweetredhead269443 says:

[email protected] Gentleman. Yes it IS a lot of work. But an experience I don’t regret. I never wanted to either, not something I thought I would do. But my ex was fascinated by it and I did it for him. He also wanted a ffm 3some but that was just to far outside my comfort zone.

What is the fascination with you men wanting to see 2 woman together? Just thinking out loud….

  27. sweetredhead269443 says:

Handing Mich some midol…..You are taking this way to personal ( I should talk) I do understand it, but don’t bash the poor man. He has his preferences and if he loses out on a really great girl because of them its his loss.

All this arguing is not going to change who he is or what he prefers. So let’s just leave alone.

And yes I will leave Sig alone lol.

  28. NC Gentleman says:

That was funny sweetredhead — I have actually never done a 3some and I really never want to, but if you have, that is great for you. I have enough trouble keeping one woman happy, and I don’t need the added challenge of keeping a second woman happy…. that is just a recipe for me to be left out watching lol

  29. sweetredhead269443 says:

Opps that was way to much info on me. Never mind disregard that last comment I made.

  30. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

Atlantian, maybe you should scroll up, and read…

“I also have a preference in my profile against tattoos. It isnโ€™t really because I dislike them (although I do dislike most of them). It is because part of the experience I want with an SB is to impress the f*ck out of people when I show up with her, dressed to the nines. (And I do sometimes dress up, despite what I wrote earlier.) And having a tattoo or cosmetic surgery does not impress in my crowd. On the other hand if they truly are invisible and tasteful, it isnโ€™t a big issue.
Often a bigger issue is the mentality that goes with tattooing and surgery. Not always โ€” Iโ€™m not trying to generalize โ€” but often they donโ€™t mesh with my personality.”

*bites tongue* Ohhhh There is so much I want to say to this poster… I have a little bit more tact though. I guess tactless statements are impressive in your crowd though…

  31. sweetredhead269443 says:

Lmao everyone is so fascinated by the 3some thing. Been there done that (MMF) Do it and get your fascination and fantasy satisfied people.

    Life’s to short to wonder….

  32. sweetredhead269443 says:

Sorry Sig didn’t mean to put you in the spot light. I am very sensitive to this subject. I have teased all my life for my poor spelling. (thank God for spell check) I spell phonetically. As I am sure you know the English language is one of the hardest to learn, because of the rules; they contradict themselves.

In my profession I do not have to write papers, so I have never worked on my punctuation skills. My spelling of course has improved. That I had to work on.

We all have our little pet peeves. They are part of us.

I think we get our pet peeves because they are something that we have overcome ourselves and become pet peeves because we have worked hard to change that in ourselves.

I just woke up so If I am not making seance I am sorry.

  33. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

NC: You know my opinion on the matter… but man!!! you are the pickiest!!!

  34. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

NC, your not very good with the responding thing

    *rolls eyes*

  35. Atlantian says:

Mish, I think it’s safe to assume that you have your own preferences, and that you wouldn’t date just any guy that came knocking…
Some people have preferences and if tattoos are one of them, that’s there choice. Maybe it’s a turnoff to see tattoos…How would that relationship work out? It might not be the person, just the actions of the person. I wouldn’t date a guy with a nose or lip piercing. It’s just a turn off for me, so I’d rather not get involved.
It’s just a preference. No one’s trying to attack your character which, from what I’ve read on this blog, is lovely.

  36. NC Gentleman says:

changing subjects… I got an email last night from a woman I had not heard from since December 22nd… well we had been emailing and seemed to have chemistry and then she didn’t respond so I figured
she had lost interest — no big deal…. well she sent me an email
last night and I responded I was surprised to hear from her, and I
thought she had lost interest… well about 5 minutes later she writes
back…. well you always responded to my emails within 24 hours and
from my past experiences guys that do that are clingy and needy, but
because you didn’t pester me, I am assuming you aren’t clingy or needy
and I am willing to give you another chance…. I about fell out of my

    I am going to respond…. I don’t think we are a match because I can’t
go through an arrangement/relationship always guessing what is the
proper time to wait before responding. Best wishes in your search.

  37. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

don’t worry there’s plenty of me to go around…

  38. BettieGirlDD says:

I think the one with us was first!!

  39. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

Oh, me + pms = not very open minded blog posting

I see today not going very well if I continue posting.

  40. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

SV: I am so mad at u for not inviting me…

  41. sweetredhead269443 says:

Easy mich hun. I don’t think it was intended to judge. I think he was just stating his preferences.

You are a very accomplished young lady. Don’t let anyone tell you different.

People do tend to judge. You have to be yourself. It’s their loss if they do not have the open mindedness to get to know you.

  42. Spanish Vixen says:

    oh la la kitty!

I’ve actually got a date with one of my short term SD’s tonight (gone out with him a few times before)..but this time we’re going out with 2 other SB’s. It will be a VERY interesting night. A strip club will be involved…hehehe

  43. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

ok… so I am always included in these 3-some ideas..
there’s a NC, Bettie and me deal going
    a NC, A., and me deal…

I think NC and I have hit the jackpot…
another SD? …. I’ve always wanted 2 guys

  44. Spanish Vixen says:

You know, I don’t see what people’s issues are with tattoo’s (unless they’re REALLY badly made). I see tattoos as being extremely beautiful. It’s art. It’s FANTASTIC art. I play on getting several, and if it weren’t for the job field I’m trying to get into, I’d have sleeves. But alas, I will only have tastefully hidden tattoos.

Some think it “marks up” the skin, when in fact all it does is enhance you and make you a walking piece of artwork…especially if you designed the tattoo yourself. I’ve been designing mine since I was 17. I probably won’t be getting it for a while for a grand variety of reasons, but it will take the things that are important to me and put them into a visually aesthetic masterpiece on my body.

  45. NC Gentleman says:

wooohoooo 3some time with hip tats included! lol

  46. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I personally, don’t think one “class” of person is better then another.

I’m intelligent, yet eccentric. I write poetry, that has lit agents knocking at my door for book deals. I do sketches and oil canvases that, celebs have tried buying at outrageous prices. I have higher test scores then most. 90 percentile range and above. Always had straight A’s while in school, honor student, on the debate team, art club member… I do charity work, donate, and work with children every summer at youth camps.

Yet. I have tattoo’s , I plan on getting more… I don’t always wear a dress and heels, (though I have plenty) sometimes I goto the store at midnight in my ninja turtle pajama pants and t-shirt. (I still look fabulous) I listen to Hip-Hop, and Neo-Soul, I own 100’s of records, Mixtapes, and Cd’s… Though, I love the Oldies from the 50’s, and… Classical music. I can name more Jazz artists, and their singles then most that grew in that era. I love ethnic cuisine , and I can cook among the best of them. ( went to culinary school ) I played freeze tag in the mall last week, and the old people stared at me, but I smiled and I was enjoying life…

SMH… People really do judge one another quite often. I usually allow people to walk through my door before I tell them to get out. You’ll never be happy in life if you pre-determine someone who’s “On your level”

A few of you men, not saying names. Did offend me, because you sit and assume because someone does, 1 or 2 or maybe 3 things that you personally don’t agree with. That you won’t get along with them. It’s not a matter of getting along, it’s a matter of you being a snob and places yourself on a high pedestal , saying… sorry I don’t think you could balance up here.

  47. A. says:

My tattoo, the profile is getting an overhaul right now. I’ll let you know when it is finished if you’re interested. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Maybe me, you and kittylainy should get together….LOL.

  48. Spanish Vixen says:

@Kitty: He actually had these gorgeous slate blue eyes. very very yum :). Very confident. Great laugh. Great smile.

Has me wondering…what’s wrong with him?! ๐Ÿ˜›

  49. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

Sweeteuro: tongue rings… *shivers* I wanted one when i was a teenager, but never got the guts to get one done.. I still don’t have the guts….
I think a very vital blood vessel is in the tongue. Koodoos to u!

NC: would you like to come and take a gander of my hip tattoo?

SV: please tell me he has the perfect blue eyes to match his blue shirt.. I’m so glad he’s all you’ve dreamed of and more. I need to fish me one of those with the nice derriere. btw.. I am picturing a brad pitt-esque guy

DAMN YOU ALL!! I need to get back to work!!!!!!

  50. NC Gentleman says:

A peek at your tattoo or your profile or both??

  51. A. says:

Good morning all! In a previous post I talked about having my tattoo removed, but after careful consideration I have decided to keep it.

Hey NC, wanna take a peek? ๐Ÿ˜‰

  52. Spanish Vixen says:

@Kitty: I knooow. He came dressed in some perfectly fitted dress pants and a really nice blue button down shirt. HOT. Business men who dress well make me melt. Plus, he had a very nice, athletic….derrier

And sig…I know my spelling and grammar isn’t the greatest. I try. And fail. And somehow I’m a Journalism major. lol

  53. NC Gentleman says:

Good morning all…. I don’t really care for visible tattoos (on men or women), but a tattoo on the hip that only a few get to see can be very sexy on a woman IMHO. I am not into visible piercings other than the ears and the belly button. For some reason, I find a bellybutton ring to be very sexy ๐Ÿ™‚

Regarding grammar, I don’t care about one or two typos in a profile, but several makes me a little concerned…. one of my favorite sayings is…. you only have one chance to make a first impression…. make all the errors you want on blog, because I may lead the pack in blog typos!

I hope everyone has a great day!

  54. BettieGirlDD says:

Welcome, Gordon. I like to consider myself *the* classic beauty, modeling my looks after Vargas girls and more recently Bettie Page.. #273192 alas I’m tattooed. p.s. you mispelled “Glamorous.” ๐Ÿ™‚

  55. SweetEuropean says:

    Good afternoon everyone ๐Ÿ™‚

Gordon – Welcome to the blog! You have a great profile and I LOVE the last part! LOL

To join in on the tattoo debate, I don’t have any and i’ve never really wanted any…i’m more into piercings, although i’ve removed most of them now (the ones that were visible) I have only kept my bellybutton and tounge pierced which are both very discreet, alot of people don’t even notice I have my tongue pierced when I talk, and I never wear clothes that show my midriff so only people I get close to (or people on the beach) get to see my belly button ๐Ÿ™‚

  56. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

Lisa: OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder… I think you’re thinking ADD: attention deficit disorder.

have a good day at work xoxo

  57. ~*kittylainy*~ says:

    Morning everyone
let me chime in a tad on the topics discussed last night:
~ Gordon: Welcome and your profile is fabulous, I think you will attract some genuine SBs… not sl*ts or escorts good luck ๐Ÿ™‚ This blog a great support group.

~A: Think it’s time for another drink my dear

~Spanish Vixen: I’m really glad your date went well. he sounds awesome… mmm distinguished gentleman…. mmmm

~Tattoos: I have a tattoo, I got it when I was 16 and it was a spur the moment type. I got 2 kitty paws on my right hip bone. I am glad I got what I did, cuz it’s cute, sexy and discret. I was into rock and goth and whatnot at that age and I thought they were so amazing. Now I have a more refined taste and I would rather the sophisticated look. Even though I’ve been toying with a tattoo design of the english word “ART” morphed with the chinese character, “ART.” on my lower back or somewhereelse hidden. Lastly though, I grew up in a generation where tattoos and piercing is self expression and our body is a canvas, so I do not judge prematurely. (of course unless it is obscene) In the corporate world, it is much less forgiving… because presentation is everything.
(I wrote an essay about this in university, if any wants to take a gander let me know and I will dig it out)

~Mish: no worries about grammar, I am horrible too…

I have decided to make today productive so I don’t think I will be on here ALL DAY…
so have fun kids! Be good~

  58. lisa says:

Good morning everyone. Getting ready to go to work, so glad i’m finally off tomorrow, I need a rest and some fun.
I have OCD and also whatever you call it when you can’t sit down, have to be walking around all the time, standing at the computer. Always been that way, everyone is like “don’t you want to sit down” lol
Have a great day everyone. I have to work and meet my daughter after work to take her girly items to her.

  59. BlondieNYC says:

Okay sam, sig, whatever, you’re right, you’re always right. We bow down to your wisdom. You know so much more and are so much better than we are.

  60. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

    Ok, agree to disagree.

(…and I’ve been online from the ARPAnet, bitnet days…)

  61. BlondieNYC says:

Sig, Sam, Sig, I stand by my last statement. If we were sitting around having coffee, I truly doubt that the “defensive” reaction as you call it would have occurred. It’s hard to tell the tone of someone’s comment when you’re only communicating via BBs etc.,

  62. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

It’s a nice sentiment, Blondie, but this was more about triggering defensive reactions amongst those who took my comments personally. Or predisposing ADHD sufferers toward spelling and grammar errors.

  63. BlondieNYC says:

Sam (formerly Sig) this is the ‘net, we can’t hear anyone’s “inflections” when we talk, so there’s bound to be misunderstandings.

    We still love you.

  64. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

Talking about jumping the gun and opinions… I have ADHD and Ausperger Syndrome. Meds only messed up my mental performance. I was lucky enough to cope by working diligently on public speaking, presentation form, my own way of learning, as well as solitary exercise, breathing, and my own form of meditative work, similar to SV.

I still have small affectations like hating the phone and unexpected meetings, and sometimes having to remind myself to look people in the eye. Oh, and maybe being a grammar and punctuation Nazi. But overall I am highly functional and way more focused than most. And I only need four hours of sleep a day and don’t like TV or radio, so I can do twice as much work as my peers. So it’s not all bad. ๐Ÿ˜‰

My peeve is ironically similar to opinions like, “Why can’t that person dress well,” but I’d argue my pet peeve is more dysfunctional than poor fashion sense or slouching. A person who cares to express themselves well in language, and has cared well enough that it is natural, is attractive to me. Language is beautiful. I especially appreciate foreigners who learn English so well, because that is particularly difficult.

But we all can have different likes and dislikes. I didn’t mean to make others feel bad.

  65. sweetredhead269443 says:

Exercise works amazing for hyperactivity. I have my son go for a jog before he does homework or goes to bed at night. He is super active. I told his teacher if he is not focused or has to concentrate have him go out and run first. She thinks I am crazy lol.

  66. Spanish Vixen says:

My teachers tried to put me on meds for a long time because I’m super active, but my mom was against it. I got put on meds when I got my licence and couldn’t focus on driving. I’ve been off meds for a while now and just meditate in the mornings and focus myself and do other exercises. Amazing how doing things yourself is effective ๐Ÿ˜€

  67. sweetredhead269443 says:

Good night everyone. Time for me to get to bed. have a good evening.

  68. sweetredhead269443 says:

Glad you had a great time. I use caffeine. I am into natural sources, and choose not to use medication. You have to watch what you eat. Some foods and actually make it worse.

My son also has it but he only 10. I have not put him on meds. his teachers and Doctor are all trying to get me to put him on meds. When he takes tests I send him to school with a bottle of soda. It works. I feel that a child should try and compensate and learn to adjust, as I did. It is possible. Its not easy, But I think you become a stronger person for it. Some people feel I am making it more difficult for my children. but I feel I am making them stronger more focused people. They also learn not to take the easy way out ๐Ÿ™‚

  69. BlondieNYC says:

I had a very good friend whose girlfriend dressed like a Goth Queen; black leather, chains, tats etc., etc., She was an operating room nurse, an amazing chef and a doll.

I’ve one tat as mentioned above an am thinking of getting number two.

  70. Spanish Vixen says:

@sweet: I have ADHD. had to get on meds so I could drive…lol

  71. Spanish Vixen says:

Wow! Just got home…crazy day with friends.

So, had my lunch date with the new potential SD…he’s SUPER hot and really awesome. And we totally hit it off. And proved to me he has the means to give me an allowance ๐Ÿ™‚

We’re supposed to be getting together again this weeked :). I’m excited. But I may have sent him back to the office with a few sparkles on his cheeks..and lips. lol

  72. sweetredhead269443 says:

There I go off on a tangent again ughhhh. Don’t get me started on these kinds of subjects.

  73. sweetredhead269443 says:

Thank you blondiebabynyc. I think I am pretty amazing ๐Ÿ™‚ Everyone is amazing in their own way. that’s why I try never to judge. I state my opinions yes. But I do not judge a person by their beliefs or appearance. My brother in laws girlfriend has tattoos all over her entire body, she dressing in goth cloths all black chains ect.. She is the sweetest, nicest and kindest person you ever want to meet.

  74. blondiebabynyc says:

Sweetredhead, you sound like an amazing person ๐Ÿ™‚ May all your dreams come true this year.

    I wasn’t picking on Sig, I was just pontificating… as usual ๐Ÿ™‚

  75. blondiebabynyc says:

I slept till 8 pm today! Just made dinner; steak, sweet potato, corn. Have a fresh pot of coffee and some sugar free lemon cookies for the night. Am going to walk the dog, then settle in and work.

I’m almost done with this project; deadline is Jan 12. I’m not sure what I am going to do after I send it in. Should I sleep for a week? Get drunk as a lord. or what? I’ve hardly seen any friends in a month, missed sample sales and worked through the holidays…

  76. sweetredhead269443 says:

That’s enough picking on sig lol. Sorry it was the sassy part of me showing its ugly head. I have a child with ADHD and I take personal offense to certain issues. I have ADD myself and I have had to work extremely hard to get to where I am. But I have done it and so will my child. She is now in college studying psychology, and doing very well.

  77. blondiebabynyc says:

    hee hee! ๐Ÿ™‚

  78. BlkButtafly says:

LOL @ blondie for “the cool kids”

  79. blondiebabynyc says:

    argh-see-seee—- ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™‚ lol! meant right hip….whee

  80. blondiebabynyc says:

I think it’s safe to say we can be rather casual with grammar etc., on the blog -many times we’re emotional and writing very quickly ๐Ÿ™‚

Regarding tattoos, if a guy has one or two, that’s fine. Personally, I’m turned off by sleeves and huge tats.

As for me, I’m highly intelligent, accomplished, speak four languages badly :), mischievous, kind, insatiable, silly, and a ton of other excellent adjectives. I do have a small tattoo of a phoenix on my right. Can’t be seen unless I let you see it. Don’t like it? As the cool kids say BITE ME! lol

  81. sweetredhead269443 says:

Exactly bostonTerrier … The Doctor I work for has ADHD. His spelling is horrible. Not to mention his writing. Took me months to even figure out what he wrote in his patient notes. He is one of the most intelligent man I have ever met. He has a wide range of interests and knowledge. So no you can’t tell what people are like just because they do not punctuate properly.

  82. sweetredhead269443 says:

My pet peeve, Long drawn out profiles. Repeating what they have already stated but think we are not intelligent enough to get it the first time. A man with a large Ego. I don’t want to have to stroke a large masculine ego, its such a turn off.

Mutual respect, now that’s a turn on.

  83. bostonTerrier says:

i met an sd with adhd. he is very successful and intelligent [graduated at the top of his law school class] and you totally cannot tell that from his profile or emails alone which are full of errors.

he would’ve been a perfect sd … only he wasn’t in boston ๐Ÿ™ but we still keep in touch. he’ll occasionally take me out when i am home during school breaks.

  84. gurlnextdoor says:

lol, on the blog I’m not that worried about spelling and grammar. but being an English minor means that when I look at a SD’s profile if I see lots and lots of errors, it says one of two things to me. (1) he didn’t take the time to proofread his profile, so he’s probably not that serious or (2) he’s probably not as well polished as I’d like.

  85. sweetredhead269443 says:

I just laugh. I am sorry and no offense sig. But if you are that anal about silly little thing like capital letters and putting a period or comma in the appropriate place. I look at the person, the whole package. Life is to short to worry about the minor details.

Also there is a little thing called ADHD. VERY intelligent people, but can not spell worth a damn, and grammar and punctuation is not their strong point.

To each his own. That’s what makes the world go round. Many different people with many different strengths and weaknesses ๐Ÿ™‚

  87. BlkButtafly says:

LOL @ Mish…..yea I have my fair share of tattoos but because of my job, you can’t see any of them unless I let you….I loved the wordin of your profile, Gordon. Welcome to SA and the blog!

  88. bostonTerrier says:

i don’t care about my grammar when i post either … i’m not looking for a sd from the blog so there is no need for me to care

  89. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I’m not I just think it’s funny how people are so damn opinionated.

  90. sweetredhead269443 says:

Mish you a sweetly. Don’t let anyone’s opinions get to you. If your true to yourself it doesn’t matter what other people think.

  91. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I don’t try to make my grammar that great when I post on the blog, but it’s pretty awesome on my profile….

  92. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I smoke, I have Cigs, and I dropped out of High School…

    I guess, I’m like… the anti-christ to all you

  93. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

One of mine is visible, the other, is on my back..so not really…

    I’ll be getting more…

  94. Atlantian says:

Well, I’m off to bed. I enjoyed my break from school too much and need to get used to waking up early again.
    Good night, all!

  95. Atlantian says:

I agree with Sig about the grammar/capitalization issue. If your profile is well thought out with little or no errors, and one doesn’t feel like they are proofreading your profile, then it changes a lot about how they think about you. I mean, think about it…
This is your FIRST impression on someone you have never met, but you expect them to form a relationship with you that DOES involve money!
I personally am the most drawn to the profiles of SDs who spend time on making sure they are well-presented and well-spoken. I’m sure they think the same way.

Or maybe that’s just me and Sig because we’re Grammar Nazis! haha

  96. bostonTerrier says:

my mom always said if i got a tattoo to make sure it could be hidden by a bikini because she hates them. if i ever get one i’d be sure to get something small & hidden by a bikini.

my little sister has 2 and while my mom was shocked she got them – they’re not visible in a bikini [and she wears the barely there bikinis]. as long as they’re not visible in a little black dress or business suit … who cares?

  97. sweetredhead269443 says:

LOL sig, guess I need to write my profile earlier in the evening when I actually care about capitalization. I rewrote my profile, would you like to proof read it for me.

  98. Atlantian says:

Gosh, one of my friends got a tattoo up the side of her abdomen. It was a great display of art, but it was TOO much. It looked really trashy, and I questioned her sanity. I wish I could have stopped her, but she had moved away. ๐Ÿ™

  99. Atlantian says:

I’ve kind of wanted a tattoo, but I’m never going to get it because I just don’t want to grow old with it or later want it removed.

Angelina Jolie just makes tattoos look so good. She can pull off elegance with them which is very hard to do. And she has access to the best cosmetic surgeons so getting rid of some of those, if she chose, wouldn’t be a problem.

  100. A. says:

I decided to get a tatoo when I turned 18. It is small and I designed it myself so it is unique.

I was always a good girl growing up and it was my way of rebelling.

  101. gurlnextdoor says:

I like some tattoos, as long as they are pretty discrete. But a body full of tattoos…hmm, I think I’ll pass. No tattoos on me though, I’m afraid of needles lol.

  102. lisa says:

I have never understood the desire to have a tatoo.

    Good night everyone

  103. gurlnextdoor says:

    ok cool, thanks Stephan.

  104. Atlantian says:

Stephan’s going to be nice enough to give you my email gurlnextdoor ๐Ÿ™‚ I guess just check your mail soon?

  105. gurlnextdoor says:

Thanks Sig, that picture was taken in the room of a friend of mine. I have a body pic, so I think I will replace that middle one with that one. I’m not too sure on how to personalize my profile anymore, hmm…guess it looks like I’ll have to do some brainstorming lol.

  106. Classy Lady says:

Gordon you have a very nice profile!! Good luck in your search for your SB.

  107. Gordon says:

In my profile I listed three deal breakers, smoking, drugs and tattoos. I am not being judgmental nor would I ask anyone to make a fundamental change in their life. We would just not be a match. I noted these in the profile so that it would not come up in the third letter. I want each of you to find the right person as I want to find the right woman. Good luck all

  108. A. says:

Sig – You couldn’t see my tatoo unless I wanted you to and even then you would have to be a special person in my life. Catching my drift here? ๐Ÿ˜‰
I have my profile hidden right now becuase I’m re-writing it. When it is finished I will let you know. After my last experience I thought it needed an overhaul.

  109. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

Hmmmm… I have tattoo’s , and you can suck it, if you don’t like it…

  110. lisa says:

Tatoos are often associated (but not always) with heavy metal, rockers, gangs, etc. Often these stereotypes are true, kinda like telemarketers being smokers, I worked in several phone rooms when I was younger and the room was always full of smoke and I was often the only nonsmoker, so certain choices in appearance can bring along stereotyping

  111. Sig says:

A., don’t know where your profile is.

SweetRedHead, you need much better photos, and, my pet peeve, you lack capitalization of sentences.

Gurl, it’s a basic, straightforward, nice profile. The middle photo has too busy a background… what IS all that stuff? ๐Ÿ˜‰ You’re pretty, so use photos that focus on you. You are lacking a photo that shows your body shape. It may be your age, but there is little in your profile to make you stand out. That’s probably ok since you are attractive and young, which are usually positive features on their own. But most of the content is generic. That may be safe (more responses) but you may want to add something more personalized and unique.

  112. Sig says:

I also have been accused of being picky by several people. But I prefer to think I am merely straightforward and respectful of peoples’ time.

A., I also have a preference in my profile against tattoos. It isn’t really because I dislike them (although I do dislike most of them). It is because part of the experience I want with an SB is to impress the f*ck out of people when I show up with her, dressed to the nines. (And I do sometimes dress up, despite what I wrote earlier.) And having a tattoo or cosmetic surgery does not impress in my crowd. On the other hand if they truly are invisible and tasteful, it isn’t a big issue.

Often a bigger issue is the mentality that goes with tattooing and surgery. Not always — I’m not trying to generalize — but often they don’t mesh with my personality. So it’s a preference not a rule. It may be so for Gordon also.

  113. lisa says:

you gotta email Stephan and have him to give it to her.

  114. Atlantian says:

gurlnextdoor, I can’t email you from looking at your profile.

    Anyone else know another way?

  115. lisa says:

go take a cold shower A. lol

  116. A. says:

I meant…..How about an ice bath. Geez, I got myself all worked up…LOL

  117. gurlnextdoor says:

lol yeah he definitely needs a cold shower

  118. lisa says:

an ice bath and a night of hot passion in the deep freezer, lol

  119. A. says:

    How an ice bath?

  120. lisa says:

    cold shower time

  121. Gordon says:

Yes you did scare me lol! I have been searching and looking at beautiful women on the site. This is fun

  122. lisa says:

    I think we scared him

  123. A. says:

Is Gordon still here or did he spontaneously combust.

  124. A. says:

Forget the undies….when I’m alone, I walk around naked. ๐Ÿ˜›

  125. lisa says:

We are all very nice, open minded people on here, we do like to pick on the new sds, though ๐Ÿ™‚

  126. gurlnextdoor says:

Yeah Atlantian, I hear ya! Email me your email and I’ll get back to ya. I have one friend who thinks it’s ok that I like older men, but she’s not too cool with the SD thing.

  127. Gordon says:

I think you girls are just messing with the newbie and drive me up against the wall. Another cold shower night. I sure wish I had a sb;-)

  128. Atlantian says:

Yeah my high school was not legit. I mean it was, but they pushed Advanced Placement like it was the second coming of Christ when everyone should have been taking Joint Enrollment where all the real college credit was.

I’m thinking about taking some summer classes to cut down on my hours, but I just don’t feel right if I’m not taking 15+. That does not help with books as I have found out! Too many books. Too much reading. I need to relax. lol!

Seriously though, we need to exchange emails. It’s not every day you meet a smart (most important part) 19 year old on SA! I can’t even talk to my friends about it. Every time I say I like older men, they eek. lol

  129. lisa says:

if anyone should peer into the slot where my miniblinds are broken, they would think I was a pervert sitting at the computer in my underwear. lol
i’m just being comfortable and free

  130. lisa says:

the minute I come in from work or whenever i’m in for the day, my shoes come off, hosiery, and i’m down to my undies, sitting here typing. lol
That’s a good thing about living alone, privacy

  131. A. says:

    I don’t dress at all unless I have to…lol

  132. gurlnextdoor says:

Good idea Atlantian…I just quit my job which I only worked at on Saturdays and my schedule is pretty flexible so that I only have classes from 8-2 on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays (I got alot of college credit while in high school so I get to take less classes ๐Ÿ™‚ ) Anyway, I’m going to assume your studying journalism which is cool since my college has a great Journalism school and alot of my friends are in it.

  133. lisa says:

I dress up to go to the laundrette, lol having to wear uniform type clothes to work makes me value my time that I can dress to suit me. I get alot of looks, maybe not always good, but at least I get noticed. like I told my daughter about the woman who laughed at my outfit one day, at least I made someone laugh and there is alot of worse things that can happen in the world, especially my city which is now the murder capital I think, and whereas the woman laughed at me, I can’t remember what she was wearing, she made no lasting impression on me and was quite bland

  134. A. says:

Maybe I should have my tatoo removed.

  135. A. says:

I really enjoy getting thoughtful letters and wouldn’t mind if it was a day late. Makes me feel like the gentleman has a true interest in me.

    Good luck Gordon ๐Ÿ™‚

  136. sweetredhead269443 says:

My friends laugh at me because I dress to go to the grocery store. My aunt told me something that I will never forget. Even though you have your man you have to keep him, so always look and act your best

  137. Atlantian says:

    Oh gurlnextdoor,
We need to be SB bffs! I love your profile! But how are you able to be so flexible in college? At UGA, I’m school/work from 9-5 haha. And I wouldn’t dream of relocating unless my SD made sure I was going to an elite journalism school. lol

  138. A. says:

Sometimes I forget I have it as it is in a spot that is usually covered.

  139. Gordon says:

Thanks for the input, What is the etiquette of retuning mail? It is my habit to take a day and write a thoughtful letter. Should I send a quick note when I read the letter and then write in detail later? I am an experienced SD but not experienced at on-line dating.

  140. lisa says:

I don’t have any tatoos, I don’t like needles. lol

  141. A. says:

I guess I’m still hung over from the round of drinks Kitty bought earlier. LOL

  142. lisa says:

I think women today look too much like men. everyone throws on sweats and running shoes, and there are so many women who don’t even own a dress or skirt.

    But shoes, gota love em

  143. sweetredhead269443 says:

My daughter has tattoo’s. I was so upset by it. I told her I made her beautiful and she disfigured herself. No offense. I am just not a person who likes them.

  144. sweetredhead269443 says:

You girls and shoes lol. I was more intrigued by the reference to being a 19th century gentleman. I don’t know how many times I have been told I was born in the wrong century ๐Ÿ™ I am a modern woman yes, I work and I am educated. But have the social graces of a lady of the manor I have been told.

  145. A. says:

It should have said I found it and loved it. UUUGGG

  146. lisa says:

I loved the construction on I-10 , it lasted about 3 years and they liked to close the underpass on weekends and detour traffic so I got to leave early and spend over an hour to get to work on the bus because of the detours. I made sure when I got this new job that it was on my side of the freeway.lol Houston is great for road construction and closures.

  147. A. says:

I found it and loved your loved it, but I have a tatoo so that leaves me out. *sigh*

  148. sweetredhead269443 says:

They will be working on the bridge soon and it will be closed for awhile on the park blvd side. Not sure if the construction is completed or not. I am actually in seminole. so I avoid the construction.

  149. A. says:

Hello Gordon…I too checked and got the profile not available. ๐Ÿ™

  150. Atlantian says:

Lisa, you have to go to a guy’s profile first, then put in the profile number.
For a girl’s we only have to go to preview profile. I’m sure it’s something in the url that distinguishes a male/female profile. I just don’t have the urge to look for it.

And Gordon, I think your profile is really good. The last line is perfection, and for me, I’d like it to stay at the end. If an SB doesn’t want to read through the whole thing, then she isn’t worth it.

  151. lisa says:

The construction has finally been completed on I-10 which is 3 blocks from where I live, it was a real mess

  152. Gordon says:

Sweetredhead, I have a cousin in Indian Rocks. Has the construction been completed on Gulf Blvd?

  153. lisa says:

    Nice profile Gordon ๐Ÿ™‚

yes my computer is weird, or maybe it’s the user, lol
you scared me for a moment, thought you were 21 again, was going to ask your secret.

  154. sweetredhead269443 says:

269443 that’s what it is. I just double checked. I think your computer is playing tricks on you lisa

  155. sweetredhead269443 says:

Its hard to tell someone if you like the wording on their profile. Because everyone is different and has different likes and dislikes.

I may not like the wording you have on your profile but that’s just my opinion and I may like different things than you or am a different type of person.

  156. lisa says:

sweetredhead, when did you move to st louis, I think that was the wrong profile number lol

  157. lisa says:

gurlnextdoor I viewed your profile, your pics have a little too much going on in the background, you might try taking one with a blank background so that you aren’t competing with the background. Maybe outside or with just a plane wall in the back.
I have alot of problems taking good pics cause I have a cell camera only

  158. sweetredhead269443 says:

Gordon, I am also in Florida , Indian Rocks beach area.

  159. sweetredhead269443 says:

They are hiding from you lisa. stop scaring the poor men.

  160. Gordon says:

Lisa, search W/M age57 Palm Beach, Fl

  161. lisa says:

Gordon, I still get profile not available. I seem to get that anytime I try to search a male’s profile

  162. sweetredhead269443 says:

someone want to tell me what I am doing wrong on mine. Well I know the pictures I need to put better ones on there. my cam takes really dark ones. profile # 269446 thanks

  163. sweetredhead269443 says:

Gordon very nice profile. Tell a little about you and what you are looking for. And shoes of course lol. Good luck to you in your search.

  164. gurlnextdoor says:

Well since we’re discussing profiles, I was wondering what everyone thought of mine. I’m 274735. Comments welcome ๐Ÿ™‚

  165. Gordon says:

Lisa, I just checked and it seems to be up. I have seven views. Thanks for looking

  166. lisa says:

    says profile not available

  167. gurlnextdoor says:

Hey Gordon welcome to the blog! I just read your profile and I must say that I really liked the last line in what you were looking for. I’m sure that would catch any woman’s attention so maybe you should move it to the beginning of what you’re looking for. That’s all my advice.

  168. SuthrnExec says:

Welcome Gordon – glad to have you along. We do not have a shortage of opinions here, so if you’re wanted multiple points-of-view, you have arrived at the right place!

I think your profile looks pretty good – it’s quite clever. However, please only take my opinion with a very small grain of salt and listen more to the SBs that are present! Best of luck!

  169. Gordon says:

Hi, I am new to the site and wanted to say hello. My profile 284842 was just approved. I would appreciate any constructive criticism. Yes I know at least one word was misspelled and it needs a little punctuation cleanup. If I make corrections how long will the profile be down? I will have many other questions about the site as I look around. Thanks in advance, Gordon

  170. Mina says:

KittyLainey – If the SD proposes a shopping spree, he should pay. If you suggest it and he goes along with it… he should pay anyway. Lol
That’s not to say you should grab whatever you want like a kid in a candy store, its best to show restraint. And maybe venture into a high end lingerie shop (Not VS) and have him pick something out for fun. “Please” and “may I” should be said… And “thank you” too!

  171. lisa says:

I have had two shopping dates. the first went very well and the guy was really shy and passive and I just went and bought alot of stuff I wanted, I didn’t go overboard, spent only a few hundred, he didn’t say stop so I just kept going till I got tired. I had made a list in my mind so it wasn’t random shopping. the second guy was to take me to pick out an outfit to attend the theatre with him, he was kind of controllilng to some extent, participating in helping me pick an outfit, and some shoes, but nothing more. when he cancelled the date, I went ahead an kept the dresses but returned the shoes that I couldn’t walk in anyway for something i like better along with some accessories.
I would just and do some shopping, if he doesn’t pull out his credit card to pay, politely lay the stuff down and walk out on him. ๐Ÿ™‚

  172. gurlnextdoor says:

Kitty to answer your question I assume that if an SD offers to go to the mall with me or take me shopping (or says anything like that), that he will be paying for all the things I pick out. Now, I like to ask if there is a limit on what he’s willing to spend. But if he doesn’t give me one then it’s ME vs. The Mall, haha.

  173. lisa says:

good evening everyone. Wow I missed a lot today! congrats Mish, sorry about your sd experience A.
had an ok day at work but getting ready for inventory, squatted down and staring at stuff, I have a backache and a headache. I bought a cantalope and am eating the whole thing for dinner. got a couple more views but no mail ๐Ÿ™ I’m about to give up too. I need to meet a sd so that I can have someone to take me out so I can get out in the evening occasionally as I hate being stuck inside
    Hope you feel better JenniferBBWSB

oh while I was fixing the cold medicine aisle, I heard an old man saying something about saving 50 dollars, he said at his age, 50 dollars was alot of money, I thought to myself, he would make a lousy sd. lol

  174. Jenniferbbwsb says:

Everyone, have a good night… back to my knitting.

  175. Jenniferbbwsb says:

SweetRed… Not doing very good, have too many things on my mind. None of them very good. Thinking about moving back to Illinois. Need a fresh start with my son.
Now, I need to sell my house and figure out how to do it all. I am so tired of having to worry about the little things.

  176. Jenniferbbwsb says:

Kitty.. sorry that I didn’t say hello earlier. I have been distracted lately. Have too many things on my mind. Have fun at dinner.

  177. kittylainy says:

I am finished “work” and going to heading to SDs house for dinner ๐Ÿ™‚
btw if ur wondering about this SD, he’s the one that paid me 200 bucks, I actually really enjoy his company so now he’s like a good friend to me…. and I think that’s very important. I am willing to put the $ sign second for a “friend.”

    Have a sugary evening everyone~

  178. sweetredhead269443 says:

If that’s all it takes to distract you, your way to easy lol

  179. SweetEuropean says:

If we were distracting you it was only because you WANTED to be distracted! Tut tut procrastinating on the blog when you have work to do!

  180. NC Gentleman says:

You all have a good night. May all your sugar dreams come true! I stopped blogging long enough to finish a proposal that was due a few minutes ago — you ladies kept distracting me — yeah it was ALL your fault lol

  181. kittylainy says:

    check ur sa mail bettie!!!!!!!!!

  182. kittylainy says:

    whoa!!! u investigate girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  183. BettieGirlDD says:

It’s tough everywhere… he’s actually the first legit contact i made, just hasn’t been able to come meet me. we talk almost every day. I used my sleuthing skills to verify he’s legit (job appointment mentioned in the newspaper, found his house’s worth) back when i was very skeptical but I can tell he’s not BS’ing when he says he’s had other SBs.
My life’s stressful but Ive never had to fire anyone.. and I dont know whats worse, never having financial security or watching it be cut in half!

  184. kittylainy says:

wtf mish? DO I even want to know?

  185. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

SO I successfully smuggled unlicensed bacteria into Malaysia!

  186. kittylainy says:

probably.. Madonna’s crazy like that… wonder if it’s a real gun…. It might help when I go for 1st time meets with potential SDs…

    Serious Question:
when you go out to a shopping spree with SD, do you just pick things out and assume he’s paying for it like hand it to him, “I want these please”

  187. sweetredhead269443 says:

I love that my SD talks to me and asks my advice. It shows he respects my opinion. We are both in the same field (medical) I am very well versed in many aspects of that field. I enjoy having intelligent conversations on a wide verity of subjects. And also learning new things.

I think if you want to be a well rounded person you have to open to new idea and learning.

  188. SweetEuropean says:

Oooh Kitty I think i’ve seen them shoes, didn’t Madonna wear them to a film premiere not long ago?!

  189. kittylainy says:

redhead: that’s definately busy.. own practice and always on call.. mine was a heart surgeon….

  190. kittylainy says:

is any of u SBs are bored.. go to the chanel website.. there’s a pair of heels that has a gun-shaped heel… OOOoooooOOOOooooooo
I think I’m going to coax SD to go online shopping with me tonight

  191. sweetredhead269443 says:

he is an OBGYN which I think makes it harder because he has his own practice and he is on call for deliveries 24/7.

  192. kittylainy says:

Bettie: ooo… new SD.. good luck with that.. ya, I think SD businesses are tough right now, I’ve been giving a potential SD business advice lately~ so we’re here to support them and help them relax when they need to.

  193. kittylainy says:

I will get it to u via my communique channel! it might take a day so patient my dear

  194. kittylainy says:

whats with the bam? handle with care please…

    I thought I could e-mail u from ur profile, but alas I can’t…

  195. BettieGirlDD says:

    273192 bam!

  196. kittylainy says:

  197. BettieGirlDD says:

thats why you’re my girl! cheers! howd you two get each other’s emails? i wanna be in the club!
my favorite favorite SD Ive talked to plans to finally come see me in 2 weeks.. but he’s said things aren’t as sunny businesswise as he’d like so im planning for the worst in the meantime and keeping my ears open..

  198. kittylainy says:

Dallas: doesn’t it sound classy but cute I think it fits perfectly… of course I haven’t gotten the little citter yet, so maybe a more fitting name can come to mind once I’ve seen it.

  199. kittylainy says:

MISH: I’m really broed at work too.. I could be doing some actual work..but I would rather not.. so here I am…. u’ve got mail dear

redhead: I am glad you have found a connection with ur SD. I’ve had a potential SD that’s a Doc, I wouldn’t hear from him for days cuz he’;s really THAT busy. how can I get mad, he’s saving lifes.

Bettie: I saved u a glass of Champagn.. A. wanted to steal it.. I scared her off with my claws

  200. Dallas says:

kittylainy- “Hamlet the Hamster” sounds like a perfect small furry pet friend name!

gurlnextdoor- Yeah, he was a big sweetheart. I hope you find your sweet SD soon. I’ll send good karma your way! ๐Ÿ™‚

  201. sweetredhead269443 says:

I have an SD who I really enjoyed being with. We could talk for hours. But that is only when he is working at the hospital 2 days a week. he is so busy, We have not been able to get together or talk much. He did call me yesterday and said he would call me on Saturday. I know with the holidays it has been difficult. He is married. And he lives 2hrs from me. Starting to wonder if this is not the right SD for me. Although he is everything I am looking for in a person. Our “arrangement” is ONLY if you are together because of his schedule. He did say we would meet once a week, but it hasn’t worked out that way. He does tell me how much he wants to see me. He hates that we have not been able to.

I knew from the beginning that it would be difficult but not this much. Guess I am just wondering out loud.

OMFG, I wanna get off of work!

I’m super freaking bored. Kitty, I’m about to email you!

  203. BettieGirlDD says:

Did I miss the drinks? I want something to warm me up!
For the first time in as long as ive been around, this week two SD’s from my city signed up here. Thought id experiment and message one, see if the other messages me first. Why not?

  204. gurlnextdoor says:

    A. good luck with your potential SD. Chemistry with this one SD I’ve been talking to for awhile is great. Actually now that I think about it, he texts/calls/IMs me more than half of my ex boyfriends did, lol. Anyway, we’ll see how this one turns out. 5 more days until I fly away to Boston. ๐Ÿ™‚

  205. sweetredhead269443 says:

When I say fun I don’t me entertaining me. I mean…. spending time together may it be just talking, exploring each other. talking a walk. I don’t need to be “entertained” per say. That’s what I am looking for. Not sure if he is out there sometimes. Am I being to picky? maybe. But settling for anything is not in my nature ๐Ÿ™‚

  206. gurlnextdoor says:

Aww that’s so sweet Dallas! I wanna find a SD that sweet.

  207. A. says:

I want to find somebody that is smart, funny and respectful. I’m a lady and should be treated as such. I want a man who will make me feel good by doing little things for me. I have one pot. right now and the Chemistry is amazing!!! We’ll see how this one goes…..maybe he won’t be a dud, but I’m not holding my breath.

  208. kittylainy says:

redhead: Total agree… shopping sprees are no fun when the person you’re with is boring

  209. kittylainy says:

    Hey Jen!! <–even though I wasn’t greeted

Hey Dallas: Very sweet story.. wonder if my SD will ever do that for me… I think I am going to name my future hamster Hamlet. Hamlet the hamster.

A.: a GOOD SD is what we’re all searching for because Ithink we can all find a crapy one.. but a good one.. definately takes effort.

  210. sweetredhead269443 says:

Hi Jennifer!!! Doing well thank you, and yourself?

  211. sweetredhead269443 says:

I am looking for intelligences, fun, positive attitude a gentleman, Chemistry. I don’t care how much you want to offer as an allowance. If those things are not there, It is not what I am looking for.

  212. kittylainy says:

  213. Jenniferbbwsb says:

SweetRed, how are you? It has been a very long time.

  214. Dallas says:

Q: What has Your experience been as a Sugar?

A: I have had many wonderful experiences with a previous SD. Out of those experiences, there is one I hold very close to my heart. I was asked towards the beginning of our relationship “If there was anything that my little heart desired?”, I responded “Yes”. I told him that I would love to give my library card a rest and be able to add on to my small book collection that I own at home. The next day he gifted me a large box. I opened it. Inside tons of packing Styrofoam and another small box. Opened that box, inside was another……. yeah you get where this is going, lol. Finally I got to the last box, opened it, inside was a Barnes & Noble Gift Card (in a very large sum amount :D). I was so excited & giddy, lol. I stayed in that Barnes & Noble for HOURS reading and searching through all the aisles in every section. But mostly I found myself in the philosophy section reading, pondering, & soul searching I guess you could say. I was in bliss. Fell in love with novels from an author I had never heard of. Four coffees and 3 hours later I walked out with about 6 bags of books and a huge grin on my face. I’m grateful and thankful that he made that moment possible for me.

kittylainy- Oh my goodness! A hamster too?! Have you thought of a name for it yet? ๐Ÿ˜€

  215. A. says:

I know kitty, but finding the right SD will happen for us one day.

  216. kittylainy says:

    ^ I meant no e-mail is worst

  217. kittylainy says:

    good question A.

I say wasting time because at least I get a good story out of it. no e-mails just make me feel unloved

  218. kittylainy says:

I know what u mean redhead.. it can suck sometimes.. I have several Sd potential that I’ve been talking to for a week or so now but haven’t gotten any new e-mails for awhile… ๐Ÿ™ maybe I should delete my account as soon as it expires and start all over again

  219. A. says:

I don’t know what is worse….no emails or wasting time with complete strokes!

  220. sweetredhead269443 says:

I am not even getting emails ๐Ÿ™ This site is not a good boost for my ego lol

  221. kittylainy says:

  222. SweetEuropean says:

  223. A. says:

    Can’t it be both?…LOL

  224. sweetredhead269443 says:

I think A. drank my share lmao

  225. kittylainy says:

    that’s right A.
does A stand for Alcoholic or anonymous?

  226. A. says:

Cheers Kitty…where are my manners! *hiccup*

  227. kittylainy says:

    thanx redhead

  228. sweetredhead269443 says:

    Cheers…..even though I don’t really drink lol

  229. kittylainy says:

wtf? I got asked to buy a round of drinks and I am drinking it all myself?

    no cheers?

  230. kittylainy says:

    sweetredhead: good luck!

Mish: I work for an international vehicle leasing company ๐Ÿ™‚ no name needed

NC: I am confused u make my head hurt

  231. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

    Grrrr… you messed it up!

    *pokes your shoulder*

  232. NC Gentleman says:

    Nope Mish — I survived ๐Ÿ™‚

  233. A. says:

How about this one – Can I borrow a quarter? I promised my mom I would call her when I met the girl of my dreams.

  234. sweetredhead269443 says:

I get the lame ones like “are you a natural redhead, can I see” or “does the carpet match the drapes” Or even better. “is it true what they say about redheads” ughhh like I have not heard them ALL!

  235. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

    NC, did it hurt?

  236. NC Gentleman says:

or….. where are all the angels? and when they respond with huh or I dont know… well I must be in heaven so I thought there should be angels here….

  237. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

    Kitty where do you work?

  238. sweetredhead269443 says:

I am really excited got a potential employer ( not SD lol) I go on a second interview next week. I will be starting up a medical office from the ground floor. This is really exciting for me, always wanted to be there from the beginning to set this up the right way. Always have had to go in and convince my employer that there is a more efficient way of doing thing.

  239. kittylainy says:

A round of Champagne for everyone!!!!!

  240. A. says:

LOL kitty….getting hammered sounds like a good idea right now. I need a drink!
    you buyin’ lol

  241. kittylainy says:

    haha A.

Pick up lines I use are

“You know what? you are so gorgeous that I am flipping the tradition and I am buying you a drink!”
    ^ hammered kittylainy

  242. SweetEuropean says:

“Did you hurt yourself when you fell from heaven?” LOL that one’s been used on me before ๐Ÿ˜

  243. A. says:

And another – Am I cute, or do you need another drink?

  244. kittylainy says:

    Lol… oo good old anchorman…
I am literally laughing out loud in my office and my assistant just looked at me funny.

  245. A. says:

How about this for cheese – Your legs must be tired because youโ€™ve been running through my mind all night.

  246. BettieGirlDD says:

“I dont know if you knew this.. but I”m kind of a big deal…”
    -Ron Burgundy

  247. NC Gentleman says:

or even more cheesy…. “If I told you that you had an amazing body, would you hold it against me….” you get the rest… I seem to use cheesy lines like Hi – I think you are attractive — my name is ….

  248. SouthernGent2 says:

Mish – you are correct about me.

  249. SweetEuropean says:

    LOL Kitty!

  250. A. says:

lol….I’ve had that line used on me before. I laughed in his face.

  251. kittylainy says:

reminds me of a horribly cheese pick-up line:

Man, “hey beautiful do you have any German(his own nationality) in you?”
    Girl, “no…”
    Man, “would you like some?”

    … cheesy…

  252. NC Gentleman says:

    You have mail Mish ๐Ÿ™‚

  253. A. says:

Hey, I know a little german. The language that is. ๐Ÿ™‚

  254. Atlantian says:

So, I’m proud of myself because I could read all that French. I’d write some stuff too, but looks like I’m too late. I actually have an interview (entirely in French) for the Language Community next year. I’m pretty excited. I’ll need to start thinking in French again. haha

Now I’m going to try and read through all of this stuff! Soo much to catch up on.

  255. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

It’s not as interesting as it seems, trust me… lol

  256. A. says:

    OOOOOOOO Mish ๐Ÿ™‚

  257. A. says:

NC – You are very welcome. I’m happy somebody is having some luck ๐Ÿ™‚

  258. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

No I actually need him to do something for me…

  259. yasmine says:

    Get him Mish lol

  260. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

NC can you message me a sec… *bats eyelashes*

  261. kittylainy says:

Summer: I think managing it is difficult.
I have a full-time job and a non-SD social life, and I have 2 partial SDs that I see and several potentials (I am looking for 1 SD exclusively in the end) and I DO NOT HAVE TIME!!!
I want to spend some time with my friends so I’m not ditching them, my work has got me handcuffed, my roommate wants more roommate time… and 2 partial SDs that want my attention too… and I want to get a hamster too!!!
my schedule is always completely booked~ I think I need to settle down a bit

  262. NC Gentleman says:

Hello all – thanks for your support A!

I don’t care either way if the SB is experienced or not. I guess I am fairly picky. I am very selective in who I email, and my profile is hidden so only I can initiate contact. The main reason I hid my profile because I got just too many bizarre emails and I also feel compelled to answer anyone who sends me a sincere note. I do look for an SB that I think we will make a connection/friendship — there are so many absolutely gorgeous women on SA, so I am thankful I have the luxury of being picky.

  263. kittylainy says:

Bettie: I think we’re meant to be.. I LOVE SUSHI TOO!!!

Mish: webcam is a great tool if you use it right and I am sure you do~

I agree that TRUE SDs are picky… it’s their money, they won’t just give it to anyone… but those who just want some humping are probably not as picky

  264. Dallas says:

I like the sugar baby’s book title from the video. It’s kind of a cute play from “Gold Digger” to “Goal Digger”.

  265. Summer says:

I’d be curious to ask the guys the same question: – how many of you out there have more than one SB at a time, and how do you find a balance?

  266. Summer says:

    Good afternoon, all!

Haven’t had time to check the blog until now, just wanted to take a moment to answer yasmine’s question about balancing more than one sugar daddy at a time:

It’s really not difficult to do, no different from multi-dating all singles do in the traditional dating world. So long as I’m not married or otherwise committed, why not keep the options open?

Honesty is the key: my SD’s understand and agree that our arrangement is not exclusive – they see other people, I see other people. Since both of my current SD’s live long-distance, we only see each other two weekends a month, so I just see them on alternating weekends.

As for the question of money/gifts, there is certainly no limit to how much you can make other than what limits you set on yourself. I see no issue with trying to save as much as possible for a rainy day…because with the economy sliding downhill, that rainy day is coming!

  267. BettieGirlDD says:

Hmm if its just your face I can see how that would reel ’em in.

  268. A. says:

Mish – I disabled my web cam all together because of that. I hate that….come on guys, do you really think that eating a bowl of cereal while sitting at your desk naked is a turn on? No it isn’t…..that is just eeewwww!

Sorry, I’m down on men today.

  269. kittylainy says:

    but let me repeat:

A new client of mine walked in.. and he is 110% SD material. gorgeous, well dressed in a suit and a long jacket, owns an insurance firm, has a diamond ring (wedding band) an LV wallet, drives a range rover….

I wanted to jump his bones
I wish I could be more forward with my flirting

  270. kittylainy says:

    .. missing posts…

  271. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

LOL, they get to see my face, I’m not doing any kinky ish…lol

now if, he was my SD already, and we were far, a little webcam show wouldn’t hurt anyone ๐Ÿ˜‰ *winks*

  272. BettieGirlDD says:

Mish I know it pays to advertize but I hope you dont indulge them.

I think theyre all picky but about different things.. some its availability, others looks, some want just the right personality. Or any combination. Anyone who just wants a woman to spend time with either isn’t serious, hasn’t thought much about it, or is seriously deficient in expressing themself.

  273. SweetEuropean says:

I’m an inexperienced SB and would prefer an experienced SD who knows how a real arrangement works, I think I would be more comfortable knowing that an SD knows what he’s doing and that i’m not being used by somebody who doesn’t understand the meaning of the word “arrangement”.

  274. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I get the guys who wanna watch me on my webcam all day… lol…

  275. A. says:

This will be my first arrangement if I can ever find a SD. I would prefer an experienced SD. I want a man who knows what the deal is cause I’m tired of strokers.

  276. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

Yes men are pickier, SG2 is probably the pickiest I’ve came across so far though…

  277. A. says:

I live in upstate NY ๐Ÿ™‚

Good luck with your pot. SB. I hope it works out for you.

  278. BlkButtafly says:

hey I have a question. Let me know if it’s been addressed before. Is it safe to say that generally the true SDs are a little bit more picky/specific about what they want in a SB? Also, do you experienced SDs prefer an experienced or an inexperienced SB? Do you experienced/inexperienced SBs prefer an experienced or an inexperienced SD?

  279. kittylainy says:

Aww NC *HUGS* and they say SDs don’t have feelings….
good luck with ur potential NC!

Mish: It’s an iteresting brand, it’s not expensive, it’s not cheap, they’re adorable.

  280. BettieGirlDD says:

Sooooo icy out here. I’m canceling my sushi hangout to make chili and be cozy on the couch with two big dogs.

Mish – Well done on the purse. I’ve just gotten cash so far and one picked out a perfume for me.. as much as I’m waiting for the magic words “give me your student loan bill,” I cant wait til my first shopping trip.

  281. NC Gentleman says:

ummmmmm I thought I had an SB that I met in early December but after investing about 2 months with her, she finally remembered that she had forgotten to tell me that she was married and couldn’t really travel with me, which I make clear in my profile that I am looking for a travel partner… ok sorry for the sob story…. I am really excited about someone that I am meeting on Monday though so I shall keep everyone posted ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for your interest A – I am flattered and where do you live?

  282. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I don’t either!!! @ Kitty, I thought I was the only one, I was tryna play it off ๐Ÿ™‚

& I have a thing for a man who can dress up , like lawyerish… w/ some nice cologne, groomed facial hair… mmmm

    I love tyes…. their so, sexual…lol

  283. kittylainy says:

mish: I’ve got one too!!!! I didn’t even know who she was.. (still don’t) but I LOVE my purse!!!!

A.: NC’s a great catch if you’re in his range… he loves to tease though.

  284. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

So, this guy I’ve been seeing bought me the Kathy Van Zeeland purse I’ve had my eye on, it’s sooo cute *smiles*

  285. A. says:

Hey NC Gentleman…do u have a SB and are you willing to travel?
    lol…no seriously, I’m not kidding. ๐Ÿ™‚

  286. kittylainy says:

date might be cancelled tonight due to weather ๐Ÿ™
I’ve been wanting to meet him too…

  287. yasmine says:

Yes Sam i love french architecture ๐Ÿ™‚
I went to the louvres once and i was just like WHOA. Don’t get me started about le chateau de Versailles gosh i wish i could visit it!!! They have beautiful historic places ๐Ÿ™‚

  288. SweetEuropean says:

    Men in suits mmm ๐Ÿ™‚

  289. BettieGirlDD says:

hah you’re a riot lainy. we seriously need to hang!

haven’t watched the video yet either.

  290. kittylainy says:

gurl: i didnโ€™t know that, I thought it was spanish/english in the US. I learn something new every day I love a man in a suitโ€ฆ mmmmโ€ฆ.

  291. kittylainy says:

y do my posts keep “awaiting moderation?”

  292. NC Gentleman says:

I watched the video and I wasn’t impressed….maybe they should try take 2!

and A. sorry about that…. that pseudo SD just doesn’t get it… and he couldn’t wait about 3 more weeks…wtf!

  293. gurlnextdoor says:

Yeah Kitty they teach French as a second language in the US (I had wanted to take Italian but they didn’t take it at my school, so I’m gonna take it in college ๐Ÿ™‚ ) And there is a big difference between being casual and being a bum. I like casual to a certain extent. But I also like a man who can dress like he’s going to an important meeting (suit and tie)

  294. kittylainy says:

steamyweenie: I haven’t even bothered to watch the video

  295. SteamyWeenie says:

is it me? am i the only one not feeling the posted video above?

love the dog though. umm… hey guys : )

wow… i seem to have missed A LOT!!!! but im sure all worth reading.

  296. kittylainy says:

    … on ur goodies

  297. NC Gentleman says:

You definitely can’t tell how much money a guy has by what he wears, drives, etc. I have several friends that are extremely wealthy and they wear blue jeans and polo shirts, just like I do… my wealthiest friend drives a Ford pickup truck that is about 5 years old…

  298. kittylainy says:

damn u caught me red handed

  299. BettieGirlDD says:

Kitty: I’d LOVE a girlie road trip. But come on.. everyone’s after my goodies ๐Ÿ˜‰

  300. kittylainy says:

A> ya.. not a SD… I think I am going to jump onto that discouraged train with you… I feel a tad discouraged too.. everyone I’ve e-mailed in the past couples days, no e-mail back and yes they have read it ๐Ÿ™

    I thought I was a good catch~ :*(

gurlnextdoor: I think there is a difference between casually dressed and just bummy like stained clothes, broken sandles etc

  301. BlkButtafly says:

kitty, in a nutshell i’m a mechanical pipe drafter….i draw with AutoCAD pipes and equipment used for hvac pipe systems for various buildings…if i’m not drawing the pipes then i’m taking the ones the other guys drew and breaking them up in to parts and labeling them so that the guys in the fabrication shop know how to make them a reality ๐Ÿ™‚

  302. gurlnextdoor says:

Back to last night’s topic on dressing, you can’t always tell if a man has money by the way he dresses. This guy I used to date dressed pretty down, wearing nothing but t-shirts, jeans, and flip flops in the summer. Then one day I realized that those were $200 flip flops he had on and he kept giving me $100 here and $700 here randomly. (He was a pretty generous guy, although he wasn’t my SD).

  303. A. says:

I offered the take is slow approach, but nope. I guess being a real SD isn’t his bag. Oh well…maybe I should look for a SM.

  304. kittylainy says:

    what do u do blkbuttafly?

  305. BettieGirlDD says:

    A. If he can’t wait two weeks for sex or find out what reassurance you need, good riddance. If I were him I’d want to know why you want to wait so long and work to resolve those fears rather than bail. Don’t mourn a bad egg!

  306. kittylainy says:

gurlnextdoor: are you Canadian?? I didn’t know they taught French as a second language in the US as well.

  307. BlkButtafly says:

Hello everyone! Geez my job has me working my butt off and I’ve missed soooo much! I’ve only been able to read the posts and emails but not respond ๐Ÿ™ and I’m soooo mad I missed the French session lol I would have loved to chime in!

  308. gurlnextdoor says:

Congrats Mish!!! I just woke up, lol (I like being able to sleep in.) Anyway, I was reading everyone’s French and I actually understood most of it (I guess I was paying somewhat attention in French during High school, lol).

  309. kittylainy says:

Bettie: We should go on a road trip…. don’t worry I’m not after your goodies haha but I think we’ll make a fabulous man hunting team!

A: UGH! did you suggest well let’s just play it slow by ear and ask maybe it can be a partial thing? Just give me the name my dear and his head is off.

… totally off topic: I just noticed I haven’t recieved any new e-mails from any new guys in awhile and the e-mails I’ve sent, got no response. O.U.C.H.

  310. BlondieNYC says:

A you could always say that the only thing that gives free samples are bakeries!

  311. A. says:

Thanks everybody. I feel better now. ๐Ÿ™‚

  312. kittylainy says:

    A. *hugs*
I’ve gotten those before too, as soon as you tell them you won’t sleep with them the 1st or 2nd meet, then it’s over. It’s frustrating that most guys (not all.. MOST) just want something young and pretty to hump on. But I’m sure you’ve heard this line before. This guy just isn’t the SD for you.
I am proud of you for sticking to your morals though ๐Ÿ™‚
I try to use the lady time thing the first or second time I meet them and they try and pull something on me, but it only works so long.

  313. A. says:

This guy seemed like a good catch. Interesting emails, tons of compliments. Perfect! too good to be true, I knew it.

  314. BettieGirlDD says:

Ooh J’aime Quebec! We stayed at Hotel Ste Anne across the way.. more modern rooms. I’d love to stay at Chateau Frontenac just to say I did. I ate at the restaurant which was probably the best meal I’ve ever had.

    A. – I had TONS of time wasters wasting my time the first couple weeks.. just change your approach. If they ask for pics say “The pics on my profile represent me well, but I’d like to hear more about what you’re like and what you’re looking for” they’ll either reply with quality or not at all.

  315. A. says:

This tells me that he really couldn’t give me the allowance he was offering.

  316. A. says:

lol. Destroy the man would ya!

  317. A. says:

All I said was “lets wait until the end of the month for our first sleep over, but until then we can still have fun and really get to know each other” This scared him off. Too bad to cause he was super cute!

  318. kittylainy says:

what happened actually A? Do we have to do a search and destroy mission????

  319. kittylainy says:

aww don’t… give it some more time I am sure the right sd is out there for you somewhere

  320. A. says:

    I’m canceling my membership!

  321. SweetEuropean says:

I’m sorry A ๐Ÿ™ There can be some real creeps on this site, they don’t deserve to call themselves SD’s!

  322. kittylainy says:

A: did u go on the date last night?

  323. kittylainy says:

SV: I am part Jap ๐Ÿ™‚
~ it’s a very difficult language to learn, the most important is to learn the basic alphabet and after that it’s much much easier

  324. A. says:

All the guys on here want nothing but free trials, I’m sick of it.

  325. Spanish Vixen says:

kitty: you know japanese?! awesome ๐Ÿ˜€

I’ve been going to a site called livemocha to learn ๐Ÿ˜€ well I took it in school too…and failed miserably ๐Ÿ™

  326. kittylainy says:

Mish: I had a rocker.goth phase too… haha I had purple hair and the back layers of my hair, I added synthetic hair and braided like 20 long (to lower back long) braids with yarn. It looked amazing, I landed a modeling job with “Kitchen Orange” for 2 seasons because of it. My roommate at the time did the hair for me and neither of us have any experience with any techniques so we just winged it. When I finally out grew the hair style, I had to cut all that hair off.

Spanish Vixen: I can teach you Japanese ๐Ÿ™‚

Sam (formerly sig): I agree with your observation with European luxury. unless you are the super rich (which I am not and therefore didn’t experience) the exterior of hotels looked much more grand than the hotel room itself. It’s the same here in Canada, the Chateau Frontenac is the best hotel in Quebec City, used to be a castle (hence the name) and the rooms resemble a 3 star hotel. I found the best luxury in Hong Kong.

SV: I am sure you look absolutely stunning!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
… I want to get my hair done…

  327. SweetEuropean says:

Oooh post your number when they’re up, I want to see your new hair!

  328. Spanish Vixen says:

Thank you! He’s pretty cute, so I’m excited ๐Ÿ™‚

I just got my hair cut, too. So I look super hot (if I may say so myself >__>)

I might just have to snap some pics and put them up on my profile soon.

  329. SweetEuropean says:

Konichiwa SV! Good luck with your potential SD! ๐Ÿ™‚

  330. Spanish Vixen says:

Today reading this has showed me that I really do actually want to learn french. Come on 4th language. I tried to take on Japanese this semester and really only learned one thing:

watashi wa senmon wa otoko no oshiri desu.

translation: I study mens a***s in university

    Very useful phrase ๐Ÿ˜€

On a brighter note, I’m supposed to have a date with a potential SD in an hour. Hopefully the weather won’t make either one of us have to cancel. We’ve got storms out the wazoo here in the ATL. Along with half the rest of the country

  331. SweetEuropean says:

    Goodnight Blondie, sweet dreams! ๐Ÿ™‚

  332. BlondieNYC says:

Good night everybody! I’ve been up almost 24 hours, and am off to sleep. Have a lovely day!

  333. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

    Yasmine, don’t you know? I don’t sleep!

My first trip to Cote d’Azur I wasn’t so impressed by European luxury in most of France and Italy. It seems better in the movies. The architecture is fantastic but often the interiors aren’t as nice. They make for great photos and good memories because they set a romantic mood, but… what can I say, I’m a modernist. Spain impressed me more. And I like the Asia lifestyle.

  334. sweetredhead269443 says:

I am lucky I have not had to dye my hair (natural redhead) and now that I am getting a few white hairs in there it just looks like highlights (wow did I just admit that ughhh)

I took Spanish and french in high school but never learned it. Youth is so wasted on the young (sigh) If only I could go back and make the choices again with what I know now.

  335. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

I think my favorite was the Bright Red, back when I had that color, my hair was a like 3 inches below my shoulder, and choppy w/ tons of crazy layers, it was more rockerish.. ( I was like 15-16 ) but it was completely awesome when I had it, just got past it a bit… Plus red doesn’t last very long, destroys your hair trying to keep up … it fades in like 3 washes…

  336. yasmine says:

I am sooo hungry lol it is funny when you stay home on your days off and you do nothing but eat and eat and eat LOL

  337. SweetEuropean says:

Kitty – I used to have jet black hair but people always thought I was a goth so I grew it out ๐Ÿ™ I actually dyed my hair bright pink once when I was younger for charity! lol

  338. SweetEuropean says:

Ooops sorry! Back to English, at least I can spell properly in this language! ๐Ÿ™‚

  339. kittylainy says:

Mish: Wow! I’ve done my hair all shades or brown and red over the years too… even BLONDE!! <–not hot. I’m now dyed jet black and I love it

  340. yasmine says:

    Sweet Euro english please ๐Ÿ™‚

  341. SweetEuropean says:

  342. yasmine says:

So mish you should take pics of your hair so we can see!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  343. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

  354. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

All this French makes me hot…

    …for French food. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  355. Cutie says:

    Salut les filles ๐Ÿ™‚

  412. Spanish Vixen says:

I love paypal :D. It’s PERFECT for things like this!!!

  413. NC Gentleman says:

    Hi Spanish –

I use paypal – works great!

I bank with a small regional bank. I would guess that a larger bank such as Wachovia doesn’t.

    Please share Mish!

  414. Spanish Vixen says:

Yo hablo espanol puro, eso cuenta?

  415. yasmine says:

  418. SweetEuropean says:

Oui je suis en France, a Nice! ๐Ÿ™‚ Tu est Francaise??

  419. Spanish Vixen says:

NC — Do you know if wachovia does that? My potential SD has said, “I can’t expect you to take care of yourself while we’re apart.” and is thinking about wiring me money when we’re not together, since we’re several states apart. I think I would be more comfortable with a dummy account.

    Or does anyone use paypal?

  420. MishBocaRatonGrl says:

Hello all, how is everyone this lovely morning?!

    Ooo I have exciting news!

  421. yasmine says:

I do!!! C’est trop cooool! T’es ou la bas? T’es en France?

  422. SweetEuropean says:

  423. yasmine says:

Hi SweetEuropean!!! Do you speak french????

  424. SweetEuropean says:

Lol money money money, reminds me of that old Abba song!

  425. kittylainy says:

  426. yasmine says:

    Hi everyone!!!
Wow all i hear this morning is just money, money, money

  427. SweetEuropean says:

Wow alot has been going on!
Summer – If I was you I would ignore the SD and move on, he was disrespectful to you by standing you up on a FIRST date, surely that should be a sign of things to come? He doesn’t seem worth your time, but if you can get money from him to compensate then do it! (And spend the money on something sexy for your next SD! ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

  428. Jenniferbbwsb says:

Good Morning to everyone. I think I am catching a cold. yuck!

Sam (Sig), you are right. in this society people are told to look at the outside package and not the inside. And it is not to say that Blondie isn’t right also.

I have been dealing with this my whole life. People need to learn that there is always more that meets the eye.
This is part of my 2 cents today, maybe more later.

  429. NC Gentleman says:

Sam – banks can do wire transfers without an account number if the bank sets up a “dummy account” for the recipient… there is a fancy word they use for it (that I can’t recall now) but basically it is a temporary id number to accept the money… there is an extra fee associated with it, and not all banks do it, but they will do it if you don’t want your account given for some extra security.

and Summer — someone texting you every 5 minutes for 2 hours saying they will be there soon is completely unacceptable…. I am guessing the guy treats SBs like he does his time management (not very well)….lose him fast…. if you can get some money out of him for the time he wasted and are comfortable with that, more power to you… it is a personal choice and I’m not going to judge.

    Have a great day everyone!

    Have a great day everyone!

  430. BlondieNYC says:

    Breathe, Lisa, breathe!

  431. lisa says:

I’m headed out now. I dont’ know if I will ever get used to working all day again, it seems like I have no life anymore. I get up early, go to work and come home and it’s too late to go out anywhere after 5.

  432. BlondieNYC says:

On a personal note, I prefer understatement to being a walking billboard for a designer. If they want me to have their name emblazoned on my body, they ought to pay me signage.

With the exception of coveting a vintage Dior logo purse – I love their bags from the ’70s, I want my labels to be discreet. Fabrication, construction, cut, line, those things are important to me when I’m looking at clothing.

As a favor to single men friends, I’ve been their stylist and the first thing I make them toss out is anything that doesn’t fit them well. The second thing I make them toss out is anything that can’t be mended. They’re hunting for mates and I want to help them.

  433. lisa says:

edit I CAN’T resist a man in a nice shirt and tie

  434. lisa says:

Good morning everyone. I’m getting ready to head out to work.
as far as what a man wears that turns me off, well, Houston is the slop capital of the world for both men and women.
    turnoffs include:

those ugly cargo shorts every man seems to wear here (shorts are for the beach and picnics, not dates.

athletic wear, tennis shoes, jerseys, bikeclothes, ugly

men’s sandals (double minus if wearing socks underneath!

    oversized shirts

I can resist a man in a nice shirt and tie, with nice pants and shoes

Oh and an ugly clunky watch is a turn off too

  435. BlondieNYC says:

Sig, I’m not talking about “flashy” dressing or a presumption of arrogance. A guy can wear a tee shirt and look fantastic in it.

There’s a certain physicality that people have when they’re doing well. And when you view certain photos of some potential SD’s it doesn’t come across.

I’m quite aware that well to do people do not necessarily dress to the nines; I grew up in an area that I would prefer not to name, and my fellow denizens would purposely dress down. However, there’s such a thing as quality fabrics.

Let’s face it, to quote fashion expert Robert Verdi said recently, “part of dressing up is about feeling attractive.” Verdi feels that men who don’t make an effort with their appearance aren’t really going to do well with the opposite sex. It’s a reflection on how they feel about themselves.

If someone, male or female is wearing run down shoes, clothing that has frayed hems or holes, is ill worn and generally looks like a runaway bag person, they’re going to have difficulty meeting people who will want to interact with them.

    Sad but true.

  436. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

BTW, I eventually did learn it was important to “dress for success”.

I remember when an auto dealer wouldn’t let me test drive a sports car because of the way I dressed (sneakers, old jeans, no watch). Now they typically let me borrow a car over a weekend before I buy it.

I remember when my dress earned me such a hassle from my bank branch where I did mostly wire deposit transactions over a few years, so they didn’t know me. But I believe they should treat all customers with respect, no matter what watch they wear. So I closed the account. When they went to close it, they saw the balances and it eventually was escalated to a head office managing director. But I’ve never done business with that bank again.

I do believe that flashiness often does not go hand in hand with generosity. More often I have seen it associated with self-absorption, a sense of entitlement, and arrogance. And my indoctrination into this culture has also affected me in this way also. I admit it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  437. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

BlondieNYC, regarding tacky dress, you know, even after I made my first and second fortunes, I dressed exactly as you described. I even went on a date with glasses fixed with a paper clip. Early girlfriends and one wife scored big time because they looked past that. Over time they contributed to my “makeover” and I have a personal buyer so now I don’t make as many fashion blunders.

I understand when people do this to prioritize when they are busy with a deep queue of offers. You’d pick the well-dressed guy OVER the poorly-dressed one. That’s pragmatic. But maybe, like me, that guy just spends that extra hour in the day at work or with friends rather than going to buy clothes. Maybe they hate the entire culture of fashion and expensive clothes when applied to themselves. It doesn’t mean they won’t dress up nice on the right occasion and buy you nice stuff.

And none of my photos have me wearing nice clothes. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  438. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

BlondieNYC, your profile is offline again, so I couldn’t comment. I only had a very quick look earlier and the photos did not seem to be scaled correctly.

  439. Sam (formerly Sig) says:

Yasmine, I do almost all my transactions via bank wire. My bank requires the account number. I can’t PULL money from the destination account. The Nigerian scam requires the victim to send money to get money, or to provide a signature card. It does, however, require your name which can lead to identity fraud.

  440. Blue says:

BlondieNYC, If the back of your knees are sweaty {like you spoke of about having hot sex} I have to say You ARE NOT having hot sex, You are curled in a ball watching t.v. alone . When I have sex I Sweat ALL Over ! But then again I’m Working Pretty Hard To Get HIM and ME to Cum All OVER !

  441. BlondieNYC says:

Yasmine, I just rearranged my photos, so that’s probably why.

I’m going to behave and go back to work.

Night Miss Yasmine, night Miss Gail ๐Ÿ™‚

  442. yasmine says:

    Good night everyone!!!!

  443. yasmine says:

  445. Gail says:

  446. BlondieNYC says:

Oh and btw, I think I got taken again. Was talking to a pot SD, he’s gorgeous! Really lovely profile, the type you read and melt. We started emailing, he asked for 4 photos, and I sent them. Nothing x rated. Never heard from again. Not even, a “thanks but no thanks.”

I did get a “thanks but no thanks” email from someone. He put it very politely, so I wrote him back and told him that he needed to be cloned and whoever got him would be very lucky!

  447. Gail says:

Absolutely…but I have to find a new SD there. I will work on it…LOL
Ok….now have to fold and put away the clothes. Thanks everyone for the late nite party:) I enjoyed myself and feel much better!!!

  448. BlondieNYC says:

Yasmine, I saw your profile, you’re gorgeous! Absolutely stunning!

  449. Gail says:

I’m was working all day today too. Doing contract work. But I was on vacation from December 22 to Jan3rd. So very limited on the blog. I am wired from eating all this junk…LOL…

  450. Gail says:

And just so you know it can happen. One of my SD friends paid for my daughter’s a couple of month ago. He is just a friend though. Both you and Blondie are in NY. I was there three times this past summer. I was flying alot back then. My action has slowed down:) I taking time to exhale…LOL…and go to pajama parties:)

  451. BlondieNYC says:

Gail, no not yet, it’s on my list of movies that I want to see. I’m working on a projec that’s due on the 12th, I’ve been more or less, in front of the computer every day for over a month. That’s one of the reasons why I wasn’t on the blog, I was bearing down doing work.

  452. yasmine says:

I’m back!!! lol i just had an email from a guy and i was checking out his profile ๐Ÿ™‚
i was also on the phone with a potential sugardad who is talking about coming to see me and take me to the bursar’s office to take care of my tuition LOOOOL i was like hummmmm I’LL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT

  454. Gail says:

Gail, you know I trust your judgement. No, we’re not sleeping with each other, yeesh….lol! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for the feedback and who’s hiding the hot fudge?

  456. Gail says:

Yasmine…what city are you in? and while you are at it another scoop of ice cream please…

  457. Gail says:

She is perfect…like you!!!!Your smile in the 3rd picture just does it for me…LOL…and no I am not trying to pick up on her, everyone else that is reading this. LOL…. Fellas…you have to see her pic…233868…LOL…I think you will agree!!!

  458. BlondieNYC says:

Will do! And thanks! You know what’s weird, I’m also being compared to SJP or Carrie Bradshaw. I was just complaining about it this morning to a friend….lol!

  459. Gail says:

I found it Blondie….I love the third picture the best. Make it your primary pic. You remind me of Jessica Parker…LOL…and I do like the other two as well. I like your hair down though:) and the pretty green dress…

  460. BlondieNYC says:

it should be. Yasmine, you have to go to view other sb profiles, delete their number and then paste mine in. Does that help?
Did someone say Chocolate chip ice cream???

  461. yasmine says:

HUMMMMM i wish will was my sd LOL he is FINE, SEXY, AND RICH lol

  462. yasmine says:

Blondie it says your profile is not available ๐Ÿ™

  463. Gail says:

yes…we need to watch 7lbs with Will Smith. Is that what it is called…LOL

  464. Gail says:

    ok….I will…just a minute…I am looking at it now!!!

  465. yasmine says:

OOOOOH I LUVVVVVVV chocolate chip ice cream!!!! two scoops coming right up!! ๐Ÿ™‚
Shall we all watch a movie too?!!! how about a romantic comedy ๐Ÿ™‚

  466. BlondieNYC says:

Gail, it’s pouring here and super cold, ick. Can you do me a biiig fav, I just changed my photos, can you take a look at my profile 233868 and tell me what you think. Please, pretty please!

  467. Gail says:

Yaaaahhh!!!!NYC more butter on mine…I am not worried about Cholesterol….LOL!!!! Yasmine…I have to have chocolate chip ice cream:) two scoops please…

  468. Gail says:

Laughing again. Yasmine, thanks for making me laugh. I thought that everyone left. It was kinda fun reading everyones views It’s obvious some SB don’t agree with others thoughts, but I guess its not good to be honest on the blog. I would like to join the pajama party. I am wearing striped red flannels. It’s cold here. Brrrrrrrr…..

  469. yasmine says:

YAYYYYY lol ๐Ÿ™‚ i want some Blondie!
    Ice cream anyone? ๐Ÿ™‚

  470. BlondieNYC says:

    OOOH,pajama party, let’s make popcorn!

  471. BlondieNYC says:

    Hey Gail, we’re here!
Princess- black socks and disgustingly old white filthy sneakers…eeeww!

  472. yasmine says:

    hey Gail i’m here! ๐Ÿ™‚
let’s have a pajama party everyone ๐Ÿ™‚ lol

  473. gurlnextdoor says:

Yeah, you can transfer money into someone’s account without having their bank number. I should know since I had a potential SD do it for me (he was nice, but kinda of disappeared after our first meeting. But then again that’s pretty common around here as I’m sure most of you SBs can attest to.) Anyway, Summer you are so lucky, you have two SDs! Wow! I don’t know if I could do that lol. And Yasmine you’re not the only one looking for one SD, so am I. Except the one SD I’m talking to now doesn’t mind if I have a boyfriend since he’s married (no double standards with him I guess ๐Ÿ™‚ )

  474. Gail says:

Anyone here still? hmmmm….I am sad:(

  475. Gail says:

OC is nice. Hey did something get misunderstood here? Hi Blondie:)
I have missed everyone here. I have been working all day, just thought I would peek in:)

  476. Princess says:

Ooooh OC, I see you can’t take it today. Are you saying I am a fool? and I thought you were nice.

  477. OCSugarBaby says:

Princess-Arguing with a fool just proves there are two.

  478. Princess says:

Laughing, Laughing,Laughing. Stay Puff Marshmellow:) I hate dirty ugly white tennis shoes with black sock. Or dress shoes, that are not shined and the heels are worn down.

  479. Princess says:

Oc, I am just playing with you. We all know what a great SB you are! And this comment is sincere.

  480. BlondieNYC says:

Got a question for you all, what, if any item of clothing that a guy wears is a turn off to you?
Me – sweater vests. No, not the cool retro argyle ones, but the solid color shapeless vests that make them look like they have boobs or live on a farm. Jewelry – lots of jewelry – it’s not the disco era.
Old fashioned glasses and really obviously cheap clothing. SD’s who supposedly make a lot of money should be wearing quality clothing. If they’re on here and wearing tat, to me, that’s a red flag. I’d much rather meet a guy on here who’s going to downplay his worth on this site for fear of someone wanting to only be with him for money, than viewing a profile of a guy wearing Salvation Army castoffs and saying he’s worth 50 + million.

Oh, last pet peeve. Men who state they have an athletic build in their profile, but the photo makes them look like the Stay Puff marshmallow man’s heavier brother.

  481. Princess says:

Laughing, Laughing, Laughing, Ok we will ask Suthern Exec.

  482. OCSugarBaby says:

Princess- I adopted a no kiss and tell policy the day I joined SA. Again, a personal choice.

  483. Princess says:

BlondieNYC, yes I crave all that you say. I get it most of the time, except when he is busy. Like now. So I have nothing better to do than get everyones stockings in a bunch on this blog.

  484. OCSugarBaby says:

Yasmine-We all have the brain power, it is just that sometimes we get in our own way. Yes, even I have that problem! lol ๐Ÿ™‚

  485. BlondieNYC says:

Whoops, sorry, I meant Summer. Sorry about that. I do agree Princess that money’s part of the equation, but so is chemistry, fun, companionship, spending time and doing things whether it’s traveling or going to dinner with someone you like and of course, sex. Lots of hot, steamy, make the backs of your knees sweat sex.

  486. Princess says:

    No money OC?

  487. yasmine says:

Now i see why southernexec chose you OC! Beauty AND Brains ๐Ÿ™‚

  488. BlondieNYC says:

Princess, I can understand why’d you stay in the restaurant waiting for him. Me, after 15 minutes, I would have texted back and said re-schedule. However, I’m not sure I’d give him another chance. You live, you learn.

  489. Princess says:

Oh….I may have misunderstood…I thought you were talking about her asking for the money..For me…I am having a hard time with one SD. I like doing whatever I want. And I truly do like the money aspect. I am not going to be ashamed. It seem that SB are afraid to say that they are dating a SD for the money. MONEY makes the world go round. But right now in the job market the world is having a hard time spinning around.
Honestly if the money was not part of it, I would not be in a SD relationship.

  490. yasmine says:

    yesssss RRRRR LOL

  491. BlondieNYC says:

I’m not ever, ever, ever going to settle for a man who doesn’t turn me on. Can’t, won’t, don’t . I want someone who make my engine rev and purr!

  492. yasmine says:

    ONCE AGAIN! WELL SAID OCSugarbaby!!!!

  493. yasmine says:

lol BlondieNYC picky yes but at least you know what you want ๐Ÿ™‚

  494. OCSugarBaby says:

Princess-Walking away from a bad behavior is what I believe in, the demanding money is not.

  495. yasmine says:

Lol no Princess because i wouldnt have asked him for it in the first place ๐Ÿ™‚
His txt messages would have been IGNORED!! ADIEU! lol

  496. BlondieNYC says:

Okay then, how do we release it?? Hmmm? I think my new photos put me in a very good light, I just need the emails. Well better emails than I got this morning. Hmmm, I must be a picky bitch…lol!

  497. yasmine says:

    hi there Princess!
i was just saying…I dont think there is anything wrong with having 3 or 4 SDs, i said i was curious how she is doing it..
I, personally, only need one lol
I take care of my rent and other bills on my own and my SD would help me out with my school fees

  498. Princess says:

It’s MAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BlondieNYC. We all have it. It just if we choose to use it. LMAO

  499. Princess says:

Thats you Yasmine. I am sure that if he deposited the money you would have been one happy fat cat. (smile)

  500. BlondieNYC says:

Yeah Princess, I want Summer to spill the beans! Lol! C’mon Summer what’s the secret??? LOL

  501. Princess says:

There’s nothing wrong with Summer having three. I wanna know her secret. This is Seeking Arrangement. To each his own! Whatever makes her happy. Differences in everything and everyone.
And Yasmine, bank transfers do work. That is how my rent is paid along with my other bills. The money goes from his bank account to mine. I don’t have any money for him to take. And yes OC, Mina has a valid point. She believes asking for money is tacky, as you do. But remember you have one of the finest SD on the blog.

  502. yasmine says:

I don’t think i would have asked the guy for money..Unless he brings it up i think you should have just ignored him

  503. BlondieNYC says:

I’ve had wire transfer for work, and they’re completely different from what you’re talking about Yasmine. But I really do understand your caution and concern. Wire transfers are ONLY one way exchanges.

  504. yasmine says:

I’m from west africa ( The ivory coast) and i have heard soooo many horror stories from people who lost all their money just by giving their account numbers to people they thought they knew! Nigerian scammers!! ever heard of them?? they are NOT the only ones who do that!
Please everyone be careful….even for an allowance i would ask a sugardad to open up a bank account for me or just give me a debit/ credit card..I would NEVER take the risk to give someone my bank account number.

  505. BlondieNYC says:

Think of it this way, there’s a bunch of men standing in line at a deli counter. If their number’s called and they’re not there. you just go down the line, ‘kay?

If they don’t treat you well on the first date, they’re never going to improve.

  506. yasmine says:

Oh and also i know some of the guys on this site make wayyyyy more money than me annually but i still would be afraid to give some guy i never met my bank account number!!! You never know these days…
BlondieNYC is right, you should have just ignored him after that first date.

  507. BlondieNYC says:

Atlantian, I had to crop them, they were too big ๐Ÿ™

Yasmine, I’m also looking for just one…oh well.

  508. yasmine says:

Summer you already have 2 sugardaddies and you are looking for a third one??? Isn’t that…..
Anyways if one already gives you a $5000/ monthly allowance like you said and i’m sure treats you really nice why then do you need a second one? and a third one??
Am i the only one who is looking for JUST one sugardad?
I’m sure you have a job and everything so how do you handle all that in your life? just curious…

  509. Atlantian says:

BlondieNYC, the first two pics are coming up too small for me. I can’t really see them ๐Ÿ™

Did you crop them before you uploaded?

  510. OCSugarBaby says:

oops meant that YOU have a very valid point…

  511. OCSugarBaby says:

Mina- Save your breath (even YOU have a very valid point)!

  512. BlondieNYC says:

Summer, you go girl! Go get some laboutins!

    Night Lisa!

Since we’re all up and chatting – I should be working-eh- I chose a few different pics for my profile. Can you take a gander and let me know what you think? It’s 233868

  513. lisa says:

I’m off to bed, gotta get up early to go to work. Just checked my profile, about 10 more views this evening but 0 emails.

    Good night

  514. Summer says:

    SouthernExec wrote:

“There is no excuse for lack of courtesy and consideration. Period. I assure you he does not treat a client like that – if he is even an executive of some type.”

You nailed it right on the head! Thank you!

Blondie you gave me an idea…going shoe-shopping with SD#2 Thursday!

  515. BlondieNYC says:

Mina, I’m with you, screw up once in the dating world and you’re history. NEXT!

Summer, if you ever have spillover, pass on to me!

Princess, let’s get a cabana on the beach, some hot cabana boys, strong drinks and talk shoes. Y’all invited!

  516. lisa says:

I agree I have a married lover for the past 4 years, he is wonderful but not a sugardaddy but as I said before saved my but back in october by paying my rent. I would not tell him if I had a sd because that’s my personal business and if he was generous I wouldnl’t need one. But I love being with him for him so it’s not something I plan to give up, whereas it would depend on the sd, I wouldn’t let him control my life but I would keep my personal stuff to myself.

  517. Mina says:

    Again, agree to disagree.

  518. lisa says:

everyone deserves a second chance, but sometimes they have to go the extra mile, earn that trust, hand over that 500 dollars for some new shoes

  519. Summer says:

I don’t even jump for my SD (who provides a $5,000/mo. allowance) when *he* wants last-minute date. He knows better than to impose on my life that way. We plan everything some time in advance. Mutual respect.

This new potential I was to meet would have been auditioning for the part of SD #3. Looks like he failed the audition!:)

Yes, I have more than one steady SD. They both know I have more than one SD, and they’re cool with it. They have more than one SB, so what’s good for the goose is good for the gander, y’know?

  520. lisa says:

    ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

  521. Mina says:

My point is – she shouldn’t give him another chance because it was unacceptable… Whether for a first “date” or later.

  522. Princess says:

Oooh yes!!!! Manolo Blahnik looking at them right now on Sale!!!! I wish I could fit my Fred Flintstone feet in them. (Ha,Ha)
And Blondie let’s have shrimp cocktail and drink martini’s too. I have money that I got from my SD not showing up. He wire transferred the money to me today. (just kidding)
Blondie. Thanks for calming us down!

  523. lisa says:

He did make the committment to meet her though and instead of just cancellling, made her wait 2 hours. He needs to redeem himself

  524. Mina says:

Blondie – He didnt offer the money initially, she brought it up.

  525. lisa says:

Shoes, ok my mind is blank but I do have dozens of shoes, most I can’t walk in without I’m holding onto a shopping cart.

  526. Mina says:

Lol Summer, what are you talking about?

  527. lisa says:

send him over to me. we can sit and talk and talk and then I can collect 200 and pass go. lol Actually I will be asleep in my bed and he can bang on the door all night till someone mugs him. lol

  528. Mina says:

That logic would hold true if Summer were an object or service!
I agree with SuthrnExec, it was a bad first impression. And it seems a little odd that he kept in contact while Summer was waiting at the restaurant, but it took him two whole hours to decide he couldn’t make it.

  529. BlondieNYC says:

Mina, he offered her money as an apology and a way to prove that he was sincere.

Summer – he doesn’t have to wait until the next day to deposit money into your account, he can do a wire transfer from his bank to yours via the Internet. Poo on him. Really.

And let’s all calm down, it’s over and done with, let’s talk about shoes!

  530. Summer says:

Lisa, you really gave me a good laugh tonight. Thanks, sister!:)

I guess Mina’s not going to take me up on my offer of his phone number.

Offer’s still on the table, Mina. He’s obviously hot-to-trot and is looking for some on-call (or is it “in-call?”) company tonight. I mean like NOW!!!

So drop everything! Quick! Get up, put on your best dress, your best lingerie, do your hair & makeup, get a babysitter, run out the door to a restaurant 20 minutes across town….and wait….and wait….and wait….

Be my guest. As for me, I have a life. Not jumping like a trained puppy for any man when he snaps his fingers.

  531. Princess says:

Yes. We can agree to disagree.

    Summer-So who is next?(smile)

  532. lisa says:

He reserved the room and didnt show up, still has to pay for the room, lol
He rented the car, didnt’ drive it, still has to pay for the car
He bought the pizza, didn’t eat it, still has to pay for it

    ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ I can’t stop

  533. SuthrnExec says:

Interesting read regarding Summer’s situation. Frankly, I wouldn’t have responded after he stood you up. He was not truthful when he was texting you and keeping you waiting, he sounds like he is interested in meeting his needs only. Drop him. I bet you don’t hear from him tomorrow – but probably the day after. There is no excuse for lack of courtesy and consideration. Period. I assure you he does not treat a client like that – if he is even an executive of some type.

  534. Mina says:

Obviously it is, Lisa. I never said it wasn’t.

  535. Mina says:

Being stood up and demanding money? No thanks.

  536. lisa says:

darn I have to take the bus to work in the morning, hope he’s not on it, lol

time is money, you pay a deposit, you dont’ show up, you don’t get your deposit back, ๐Ÿ™‚
And how many guys on here are quick to talk about sex, isn’t that tacky?

  537. Mina says:

    Agree to disagree.

  538. Princess says:

I don’t think its tacky. It’s part of this site, and happens all the time. You may have just never experienced it. Try it you might like it.

  539. BlondieNYC says:

Summer, I’m really glad you didn’t fall for his line of b.s. If he ever contacts you again, ignore it.

  540. Princess says:

I am laughing my head off Summer. I see nothing wrong with the money request. If you think about it Mina, being on this website has lots to do with money. Chemistry is just part of it. Gifts is part of it. And if a man was unattrative, witty, nice, ect… the money aspect makes it even nice.

If you are sleeping with him for an hour, two, three, a month, a year, forever for godsakes. He is giving you money. Summer lost time, was disappointed, and unhappy, being jerked around by this fool. Her request was oh so nice and totally not escortish.

Anyways, he is back on the Bus. Maybe his next stop will be you.

  541. Mina says:

I didn’t say they are at all. But demanding someone pay “up front” just to meet is tacky.

  542. lisa says:

Seeking arrangement says not to use this site if you are an escort, so there must be more to it if they are the same thing as sbs.

  543. Mina says:

Escorts as arm candy, travel companions, etc isn’t completely unheard of.
    Prostitutes sell sex.

  544. lisa says:

if he would have sent me his email adress, I would have sent him some cute pictures of kittens at the animal shelter website, I know that’s what he really wanted. lol

  545. Mina says:

No thanks, I already have an SD. ๐Ÿ™‚

  546. Summer says:

Escorts sell “companionship”? Wow, that’s news to me!:)

I’m sure all of their “clients” just love to spend $300/hour just to “talk.”

    Yeah, right!:)

  547. lisa says:

No Summer, I’m off on friday, send him my way, lol
I’ll give you the guy’s profile number that wanted closeup pics of my “kitty’

    what great guys, lol

  548. lisa says:

I always thought escorts where paid dates on the surface, and prostitutes underneath. If a guy just wanted companionship, he could take his money and buy some beer and hang out with his buddies. lol
    Sorry again ๐Ÿ™‚

  549. Summer says:

But Mina, if you would like to go out again with a guy who keeps you waiting for 2 hours then stands you up on the first date, then calls again and offers nothing for your time and effort (except the oh-so-exciting opportunity to get stood up TWICE!), I’d be happy to give you his number. You can have him, honey!

  550. lisa says:

    ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

  551. Mina says:

He proved he wasn’t real when he stood you up.
And escorting doesn’t imply sex, its for companionship.

  552. lisa says:

escorts are paid for sex, arent’ they. If they were paid to clean the carpet they wouldn’t have to be attractive.
sorry everyone just having one of those moments. lol

  553. Summer says:

Mina….no, the compensation to prove he is real and truly sorry for acting like an inconsiderate d***head.

On the other hand, if he gave a lady $200 and they had sex afterwards, THAT would certainly qualify as escorting. And tacky. Ech!

  554. lisa says:

25 dollar deposit on a carpet cleaner at the grocery store, you are not a carpet machine, lol

  555. Mina says:

    Completely different, Lisa.

  556. lisa says:

psychiatrists are paid for their time, but they’re aren’t escorts, lol

  557. lisa says:

time is money. when a man stands a lady up, he must be punished, lol
he has to prove he is serious

  558. Summer says:

Exactly right, Princess. It made me VERY uncomfortable having to put a price tag on the value of my time. That’s why I came here and posted, looking for opinions from other SB’s (and would really like to hear the opinions of Sd’s, too….I notice they are being strangely silent on this question. Have I struck a nerve, perhaps?)

When he first asked me tonight how to make it up to me, I suggested a “small deposit,” leaving the value up to him. to some SD’s a “small deposit” is $1000, to others it’s $25. lol:)

I was really hoping he’d take the hint and be a gentleman. But no, I get a text back saying, “name it.” Which put me in the uncomfy position of having to come up with a number.

I’ve had some wonderful SD’s before, and NEVER did I have to bring up the subject of money. It was just taken care of. If he wanted an arrangement, he simply asked for my account #, made a deposit, and off we went! That’s the way it should be, wouldn’t you all agree?

  559. lisa says:

I’m fine i just had a long day and came home looking to relax and then the mantainance guy said he had to do something in my apartment to fix the downstairs neighbors stopped up tub? well I waiting around and they never showed up. I like to strip down to my underwear the minute I get home from work and relax, the great advantage of living alone, but I had to keep my clothes on thinking they were coming in. they won’t come in without you are home and tomorrow they will be trying to fix it and i won’t be here, but darn I have to work, I can’t sit home on welfare like the neighbors downstairs. lol

I take allergy medicine to fall asleep. If not I will lay awake for hours.

  560. Mina says:

Am I the only one that thinks this is a bit tacky?
Essentially he’ll be paying for your time, which falls into the escort category….

  561. lisa says:

the guy that stood me up twice made the excuse that he wasn’t able to confirm with me that day because his boss was in the office so he couldn’t send me a confirmation email ( I prefer to wait till I meet someone before I give out a phone number). Interesting since he said he owned the company that his “boss” was in the office.

  562. Princess says:

Damn Lisa. That medicine is really working on you. You must be speeding with the amount of post you just added. (Ha,Ha) Get better.

  563. Princess says:

No worries, at least you didn’t go thru the nitemare of being stood up again. And trust me Summer it will get better. Now you have a sample of crap that most all SB go thru. It’s good that you put him back on the “Next Bus.”

Once again the real true gentleman SD would have asked you for you bank account number and made the deposit immediately. You will never have to mention money to them, they will be the first to have the discussion. And after the arrangement is made, you rarely have to bring it up again. Especially if you take excellent care of him.

  564. lisa says:

also edit as I tend to run nontop when I type
guy 1 we had a short arrangement
guys 2 and 3 were shopping dates, they cancelled evening date
guy 4 talked seriously about arrangment, then disappeared

I did have a 5th meeting but that was the guy that stood we up twice and he was actually the 2nd guy I was to meet. I had all these meeting way back at the beginning, nothing now.

  565. lisa says:

edit, 48 hours , not 24, the allergy medicine is starting to take effect. lol

  566. lisa says:

I mean 500 would be 125 week for 2 days or about 24 hours, I could get a part timejob and work 8 hours a day for 2 days and make that amount and the rest of the time would be my own. He didn’t souond like he was looking to go out places, just planned to “play” at my place

  567. lisa says:

You know I give a range of support and tend the judge the end the sd chooses. I had one guy a long while back and I asked for 500-1000 as I thought we’d only see each other a couple times a month since he lived out of town. well he chose the 500 amount instead of 1000 (turnoff) and was expecting to come into town weekly spend a couple days and a night at my place. No thanks, I am not going to give up my days off to spend the whole time with him , I do have famiily that visits and friends I like to talk to, really wouldn’t want that guy hanging arouond my apt for two days a week for 500 a month

  568. lisa says:

the four that I met that were serious (I think, but they werent’ into me) had a plan, and they showed up, and even though two of them that had mad split plans with me (both of these men (separate dates, not connected in any way) had chose to meet for lunch and shopping and then to pick me up later in the evening to go out. both cancelled the second part of the date but they held up the first part and took me shopping as they had planned, and it was their decision to not make an arrangment.
The first one, we met, had a proper date a couple days later, and made an arrangment that lasted about a month. the fourth seemed the most serious before and during meeting but he fell off the face of the earth right after we met, but he is still on this site everyday.

  569. Summer says:

Training mode….lol…Princess, that’s funny! Thanks for the laugh. I needed that.:)

Cutie, you are absolutely right. He’s the one who asked for a 2nd chance, not me. I would have been happy to see him drop off the face of the earth.

So damn right he should jump at the chance – and btw, I only asked for $200, trying to sound fair and not greedy. (Although $500 is certainly reasonable and probably what I should have asked for.)

Did he ask for my bank account number? Nope.
Did he offer more than the $200 I requested? Nope.
Did I hear from him again once it was clear I wasn’t going to drop everything and run to play his little game, only to get stood up again?

Well, you can guess the answer to that!

Good Lord, what a creep. I just HATE deceitful people.

  570. Princess says:

If he was a real true SD, this would not have happened. I have found that a real SD would be considerate of your time, would not have made you wait, and would have automatically deposited the money immediately. He may still be in training mode. (Hee, Hee) but I seriously doubt it.

  571. Atlantian says:

I think maybe you could take his messages in another context…I mean, if that was said in a movie by a suave lead actor (“So we can’t meet until tomorrow, then?”) then we would probably all swoon. He might have thought, well I want to see her now, but I’ll have to wait until tomorrow because I’m depositing this money ASAP. I don’t think he’s unconcerned with your time, but rather just upset that he might have missed his opportunity with you.
Even so, I’d still watch out for anymore red flags, Summer. And definitely ask why he stood you up. You have the right to know why you had to wait 2 hours for a no-show.

  572. lisa says:

Meeting a potential sd is nervewrecking enough as you get dressed up, get there early so you can go into the ladies room to make sure you look great, and then the waiting (for me I always meet them at a coffee shop near me where I go all the time so no one knows what i;m up too cause I meet family and friends there too, but I can imagine being in a restaraunt where they are wanting to serve you and like any business, they want you to eat, pay and leave the table for the next party, and if you were in the bar instead, a lady doensn’t want to spend to much time there alone.
When your date shows up, it’s either pleasant or please God let this date end fast, lol but when you have to get up and walk out and go home and undo all you have put into being ready for the date, it reallly can be a rotten feeling

  573. lisa says:

In real emergencies, people have a tendancy to say what it is, because it’s nothing to be ashamed of, if he avoids the question, it was problem an “inconvience” emergency for him.
Then there are those people who tell you about something horrible that just came up and make excuses and then when you meet them they never mention it again, like the friend in ICU or the death in the family, issues like that don’t end just like that. I had a man cancel on me many months ago because he was in a bad car wreck, HOWEVER he did manage to get online and email me and log onto the website several times a day while in ICU, very interesting.

  574. Cutie says:

Summer, you’re soo doing the right thing! Congratulations. I wish I had had the strength to do the same in some past situations, would have saved me a lot of waiting & disappointments.

Lisa, bravo, you had just the right answer! You could become SA’s official allowance quotation expert ๐Ÿ™‚

In my opinion, Summer’s SD is raising and accumulating quite a few red flags. First of all, disregarding your time (making you wait when he probably knew deep down inside he wouldn’t be able to make it), then waiting four days to come back crawling, and worst of all, trying to get around the wire to your bank account. He asked for a way to make it up to you, he should jump at the opportunity, shut up and wire $500 asap without expecting ANYTHING in return. It is not $500 to be able to see you again, it is $500 to make up for the time wasting/embarrassment he caused you, as a consequence of which you might agree to see him again.

Good luck babe, I hope he turns out right, but don’t forget you have more options.

  575. lisa says:

It sounds like he is a little odd to me. What is the problem with him making the deposit? is he afraid you might stand him up or his unwilling to take the risk that you took and got stood up? And why should you drop everything and just go to meet him, you have a life. Alot of the men on this site think that we don’t have jobs or families, or lives, and so many of them want a woman who can travel alot. well if they will pay my bills in advance so that I can take time off work (after all if I take time off my menial job, they might hire someone else, they are a business and need someone to be there). Most of the guys want you to just leave at moments notice, as I had a man email me last night wanting to meet before he left town. He had been in town 2 weeks and he could have emailed me a few days ago and we could have met this past sunday when I was off but I got his message last night when I got in from work. Like i’m supposed to just go meet someone (I also don’t have a car and have to plan where to meet someone, to my convenience). I even suggested today or tomorrow but he was leaving town, he just wanted to meet someone right away. In my situation I don’t get financial offers like the other ladies on here, I just get guys wanting to meet or to send explicit pics for free. I’m not on here to give out free samples. lol
Stand up to him and make him earn your trust. If he bails, then he isn’t for real. You only get one chance to make a first impression, being a little late is ok and forgiveable, keeping someone on hold for 2 hours and then cancelling is not a good impression and his anxiousness is not a good impression

  576. Summer says:

btw, I forgot to to answer Lisa’s very good question!

No, he never said what the nature of his “emergency” was. Maybe he was busy making plans with 5 other ladies at the same time and standing them all up?

Sheesh, some guys just have nothing better to do, I guess…

  577. Summer says:

Thanks, ladies, You’re echoing my thoughts on this exactly.

So, now he’s texting me saying “I’ve got the money in my hand, how soon can u meet me?” He wants to meet in person like, RIGHT NOW.

And I’m thinking, “hmmmm….I am just supposed to drop everything right this minute, rush out the door to meet you, so I can get stood up again?”

So I texted back reminding him that he needs to show me he’s real by putting money in my bank account FIRST. Once the deposit is confirmed by my bank, I’d be happy to see him again.

He texts back asking, “oh, so we can’t meet until tomorrow, then?”

(I’m thinking, Uh, no…I have a life and you’ve already disrupted it once.)

I just replied that if the deposit was in my account by noon tomorrow, then we could make plans to go out tomorrow night.

Not giving an inch on this. Being stood up is one of my pet peeves. It’s one of the rudest things you can do to someone…and on a FIRST date, when you’re supposed to be making your best impression? Mon dieu, makes me wonder what he’ll be like later once he’s “at ease” with me!

  578. gurlnextdoor says:

I totally agree with Lisa. I mean I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and realize emergencies do happen. But, if he’s not willing to show you he’s serious then I believe you should cut your losses. Your time is worth too much to be wasting it on someone who may not even be completely serious about starting an arrangement with you.

  579. lisa says:

Yes it will be his chance this time, to know if after he gives you the cash, will she show up? and of course if he comes through for you, you will give him a second chance and it will be just one of those things that come up in life, if he declines or disappears, you know he is not serious.

  580. Atlantian says:

    I agree with Lisa, Summer.

You need to make sure that he is going to come and if he doesn’t, he will have to give up some cash for nothing, and you’ll walk away from this with some extra money.

  581. lisa says:

I believe in giving second chances but they have to be earned like anything else in life, when you let someone down you have to make up for it. If he is serious and really sorry, he will do it. Plus you have invested alot of item in getting to know him, and his not showing up is a waste of your time.

  582. Princess says:

Yes, I would give him an amount…$500.00 that Lisa suggested is perfect.
Now that will really show whether or not he was serious with you or not. Let him know that action speaks louder than words. If he follows thru, give him another chance. (I am a softie) If not, time to move on.

  583. lisa says:

Great idea! If he is serious and really sorry about wasting your time, he owes you proof, afterall he is the one that didn’t show up, you set aside the time for him, and the effort to look stunning for him. I would ask for at least 500 dollars, after all he has some proving to do.
Did he explain to you everytime he texted you, what the emergency was?
And I can imagine that uneasy feeling you had sitting there waiting for him. I was stood up by a guy and fell for the idea that he would actually show up on the next meeting, he stood me up again. Make sure he is serious about making it up as some guys will say stuff and not come through. you know that, I owe you, someday i’ll make it up crap.

  584. Summer says:

    Great video, thanks!

    I have a question for the SD’s & SB’s here, please help!!

I had a date scheduled with a potential last Friday and he kept me waiting at the restaurant for 2 hours, texting every 5 minutes saying he was sorry, he was on his way, etc… and asked me to please wait for him.

Finally, he texts me after I’ve sat there for 2 hours waiting saying, “sorry, can’t make it tonight, how about lunch tomorrow?” I told him to please just go away…I didn’t enjoy being kept waiting, then stood up!

Didn’t hear from him for another 4 days…a few minutes ago, he just texted me again begging my forgiveness, asking, “how can I make this up to you? I feel really bad about having to cancel, had an emergency, etc..really want to try again to meet you.”

Since we’ve had a good email correspondence for a few weeks, I was actually wanting to meet and disappointed when he pulled a no-show. He may be sincere in his apology, but I don’t really feel like taking a gamble only to be stood up again.

So I told him that if he will make a small deposit into my bank acct. to make up for the hours of time I’ve invested in this already, and as a guarantee that he will actually *show up this time*, I would agree to meet him.

He texted back saying “name it.”

It makes me uncomfortable having to put a price tag on my time like this, but need to know this guy is real and not just jerking me around! So, I put the question to you all – what do you think would be a fair amount to ask for?

Or should I insist that he decide what the value of my time was?
