Instead, opt to stand and walk around while your personal shopper collects items for your approval. The same can be said for shoe shopping. Stand as you try on those Manolo Blahniks—your glutes will thank you later.
This hidden workout can be done while out to dinner or driving around town. Just try to be subtle—your Sugar Daddy may not understand why you look so tense! While waiting to be seated, tighten your abs by pulling your belly button towards your spine. Release once you are escorted to your table. Repeat whenever you wait for something. By the end of the meal you’ll be feeling tight and satisfied!
A vanilla sack session can burn 50 to 100 calories in an hour whereas a hot-and-heavy make-out for an hour burns about 125 cal. Turn up the heat. According to a study, adding a few toys to your foreplay can add an additional 100 cal to your lovemaking session, while the “wheelbarrow” and “cow girl” tie by adding 70-80 cal per hour.
Before heading to the valet, take a stroll around the block to check out the nearby stores. Studies show that light activity after a meal helps the digestion process. That and it’s a bonus workout for your calves.
The tamest of all the tricks and this one packs a punch! Intense laughter for 10 to 15 minutes can burn up to 50 calories. So laugh a little.
