Methods for Sugar Funds
  • Posted Apr 21, 2016

Being a Sugar Daddy means you are generous by default. While that leaves you to decide how exactly to execute the spoiling, most Sugar Babies are going to hope for a little pocket money.

Now you’re faced with some choices, including how to get the funds to her in a way you’re comfortable with. Here are some methods for Sugar funds when you’re trying to give your Baby a little Sugar.

This can be the best option for a seamless and anonymous transfer. All you need for a PayPal transaction is the person’s email address, and all they see is yours. For discretion, set up a PayPal account with an alias for the email address. Anytime you send money, it will simply read on the statement as PayPal, nothing else. Google Wallet is another option with a similar system.

For the slightly more modern Sugar Daddy, Venmo is another easy way to transfer funds with just a few taps. You simply download the app, and you’re able to send money to anyone through their phone number. This can be a great way to surprise your Sugar Baby, since you’ll probably already have a phone number and won’t need to request any additional info.

Gift Cards

Maybe transferring funds isn’t your style, or perhaps she wants something a bit more specialized. Basic gift cards like Target and Whole Foods are great for staples, or gift her a few grand on a Saks card and see what she picks. Some might see this as lazy, but I assure you, she will be pleased.

Direct Deposit

The prefered method of most consistent Sugar Daddies, this is reserved for someone you’ve established some trust with. You will have to share bank information, so this one is somewhat more personal. For Sugar Babies who get a monthly or weekly allowance, this is perfect because you don’t even have to remember if you set an automatic transfer.

Square Reader

While this personal credit card reader can make things feel transactional, this is a way you can put your Sugar on credit, and reap the reward points. It also eliminates the need for cash, since you can just swipe once you two are together. For Sugar Babies with businesses, this is something she’s probably already familiar with.

Favored by Sugar Babies everywhere, cold, hard cash is always a great option. Paperless and anonymous, this is the best option for a Sugar Daddy who wants to remain discreet. Bonus points for crisp $100 bills.

If they ask for username and password to bank is it a scam

  2. JohnnyXXX says:

What does it mean when a SB ask, do you want to do weekly allowance or monthly allowance?

    • JohnnyXXX says:

I know what a monthly allowance is and pay per meet from previous arrangement but a weekly allowance sounds confusing.

      • Anonymous says:

weekly allowance is paying a set amount every week whether you meet or not so it’s not like pay per meet but more like monthly but your paying it more often it comes in handy if your paying a large amount but for smaller allowances why bother

      • JohnnyXXX says:

So what if I pay the weekly allowances and the SB’s schedule keeps on rarely fit into my days to meet or excuses comes in to play?

  3. Roxi says:

I’m new to this but there are two sugar daddies telling me they want to me either make a new bank account or give him my full name and password and email to my mobile banking app to send me money, but when I mentioned paypal they said they couldn’t

  4. Shadow says:

I just met a sugar momma she’s offering me 300 a week but asks for my bank account information right away. She’s not willing to do payment via PayPal or venmo only bank transfers. Should i be concerned, i haven’t met her yet… She lives in a different state.

  5. Lydia says:

Basically, all the guys on here are fakes. They all want to do bank transfers, using account and routing numbers. If you give those out, you will get nothing, and they can then have checks made using your account and scam you out of everything. None of these men will use paypal, or gift cards, or amazon wishlists. Where are all the real sugar daddies? If I had money to throw away to scammers, I WOULDN’T NEED A GODDAMN SUGAR DADDY NOW WOULD I???

  6. Ana says:

Hi girls im from México been in the sugar bowl for a while and i want to see if girls here had have the sames experiences than me, im a pretty 26 years old mexican girl, i have a degree, and i speak good english, better than i write lol, the point is i had meet few POT’s usually from the USA, i live in a very turistic city from México, but the problem is that all of them are very cheap i mean really, and of course they want sex right away, i own a very nice truck and the first make me drive him pick him up at the hotel, he invite me dinner and we spend like 6 hours together he was really happy and told me that he never meet someone like me, but as we spoke i figure it out that he wasnt wealthy, well at the end of the date he ask me to take him to the hotel and he didnt even give me gas money, i mean really? And he want me to come back to his hotel room and keep talking me for days of course i didnt talk to him again, and other man also from the usa ask me to go to the hotel pool to talk and have fun and he give me $70 dollars, of course he try to kiss me touch me and want me to give oral sex!!! A nightmare for only !70 dollars, finally the last but not the worst he take me lunch in a place i have to drive for an hour we have pizza and talk he kiss me lick my face hug me grab me and all kind of weird stuff during lunch and then ask me to take him to his hotel like 2 hours drive from there and he give me $250 dollars, Why is that? What im doing wrong ???, same like man are looking for cheap or free hook up or a match.com kind of relation

  7. Bunny says:

Is it a good idea to put you pay pal on your profile??

  8. V says:

Just started talking to a SD at maybe 7pm last night for an online arrangement and by midnight he was sending me links to his bank page to set up direct deposit…I’m new to this so I’m super apprehensive. At first I asked if the first time we could use pay pal, but that was before I read all the comments. I still feel weird and kind of scammed if I do? Any help please!!!!

  9. Gabbo says:

So what do you do when a POT says they need online access to add you to their payroll? Or when a sugar daddy exclaims hes lost a lot of money so he needs to see the money go in the account?

  10. KitKat says:

Is this site still active? Or the comment portion at the very least? Interested in talking with a Sugar Daddy or any finsub, femsub or a man who would love to converse with a woman fluent in being in and out of control 😉 These crazy fetishes have changed my life and always looking for a perfect future gent to either show me or have me show them a whole new lifestyle ;-P

    Miss Kat

  11. Nonya says:

This site is SUPER slow and filled with many men who do not understand what being a SD is. I don’t know why they are on here if they are looking for a match.com type of relationship. ~*frustrated*~

  12. Anonymous says:

Discussing sugar funds should also be to make people aware of IRS rules.. you can give someone up to $14K per year as a gift without declaring on either SB or SD taxes.. above that, must be declared and may be taxable to the SB

  13. Nonya says:

I just started using this site. I have never been a SB before, but I am already seeing that most of the guys on here are looking for 18-25 yr old girls with the perfect 10 physique. Are there truly any quality men on here that really want to help a genuine WOMAN out? I’m attractive, but I’m also not 18-25. I am 37, in good shape, can carry on mature conversations, and I’m classy. I work 3 jobs, but like most of the genuine ladies on here.. I am STILL struggling. Any tips on attracting the right guy or maybe there are better sites than this one?

  14. Anonymous says:

    im not getting any luck

  15. Good Time Girl says:

It’s always better to handle things in cash when possible. However, I enjoy online arrangements quite often and need to be able to receive funds virtually. I can tell you that using PP is a big risk. I suggest gift cards like Amazon or other retailers and Google Wallet or Gift Rocket.

  16. SensualErudite says:

I recently came back to SA after things ended with my long-term arrangement. I have to agree with many of the comments on PayPal (that’s just from actual experience with my business account).

Also, I too have found the quality of the site and it’s members decreasing. The men largely seem to be just using the site like some weird from of Craig’s List. Having met my last benefactor here I was hoping to come back and explore some new faces and engage with quality people.

    What happened?

    • Good Time Girl says:

The attitude of the men here is changing from what it used to be. I think most of them have been jaded by the fake profiles and girls who just demand crazy amounts of money.

      • TVC15 says:

Yes, it’s all the women’s fault. All these salt daddies and would-be sex scammers were 24-carat sugar daddies, until those naughty girls came along and spoiled them for everyone.

      • lory says:

Seriously girls are you giving the fault to some ” female fake accounts”? And what about the fake male millionaire accounts??? I have been on and off this website for almost 2 years now and the level of the men here was like ” wanting a prositute or a wife but not daring to get one so i´ll call her a Sugar-baby”. I am wondering if any woman here gets actually a non-abusive-decent arrangement here.

  17. Babyale says:

If any of the SD are looking for a young attractive SB, I’m here!!! I have had no hope and I’ve had this account for a year! The “men” on here simply don’t follow through!

  18. Anonomnomnom says:

  19. Anonomnomnom says:

I get asked often “So what brings you here?”

I mean what I say in my profile ” looking for an experience/ checking it out” blah blah blah.

Recently , however, I actually have a financial goal I would like to reach a little more quickly than working my job will allow. Would it be unwise to answer with what I need money for? At the risk of seemingly like that’s all I am after? Or would and SD understand and see no problem with it?

    I guess it depends,eh?

    • Anonymous says:

I do not care. For all I know, you pay your vet bills with it, for all your cats. Why would it matter? As soon as you are not trying to justify asking for more. And I cannot shine you plan to ask for less.

    • TVC15 says:

I would strongly advise against providing a reason why you need or want the money. That’s because doing so implies you need a reason, and that you don’t deserve the money if your reason isn’t good enough. You don’t need an excuse to want money any more than a sugar daddy needs an excuse to want sex.

    • Rick says:

I think “So what brings you here?” is a reasonable conversation topic for that first meeting. There are lots of other choices we could all make, and sometimes it’s informative to know why a woman or man chose SA. I’ve been asked this.

  20. Anonymous says:

Oh Lord, SA is still heavily moderating as usual. Lick finger, and raise to the wind.

Yep, still being moderated and count of interest of on lookers is declining in the masses. Valuable Intel lost for what?

    • Anonymous says:

If I lick my finger, I’m never going to be raising it to the “wind”, that’s for certain. (Naught laugh).

My audience will be the one I am licking my finger for.

Oops. This is the virgin blog of sugar-ism . Totally forgot, “yummy” got banned. Sheesh.

  22. anonymous says:

NEVER SEND MONEY USING PAYPAL. Or half of the methods listed in this post. ESPECIALLY if you have multiple SB’s/SD’s. Paypal will freeze both the sender’s and receiver’s accounts without any warning, hold the funds inside them and make efforts to retrieve any money exchanged before they became aware of what’s happening if they suspect anything transactional. You’ll then be banned from ever creating accounts with them in the future. I can’t tell you how many SB’s and SD’s I know who have lost major amounts of money because no one is educated on this. Squarecash and Google Wallet do the same thing. Only safe ways to exchange money are cash, Venmo, Gift Cards, Gift Rocket or direct transfers. Honestly, who is writing these advice columns and when are they going to be fired for lack of research?

    • yougottabeanonymous says:

      Oh wow.

But what do you mean they lost major amounts of money? Where did the money go?

      • anonymous says:

When Paypal (or Google Wallet/Squarecash) becomes aware that money is being exchanged for some sort of service (ahem sugaring), they first freeze the accounts involved. If any money is in your account (as in, not transferred to your bank yet) it stays there. The money is not returned to the sender, the receiver is not able to access it at all. Even if there’s money in your accounts that is not affiliated with a SB/SD in any way whatsoever, it’s lost. If your exchanges are suspicious enough, Paypal will make efforts to claim that money for illegal services. They argue it’s a “violation of terms.”

      • Anonymous says:

I hate paypal for a similar reason. They will refund someone money for a ‘claim’ that is not even investigated, and take money back from your bank account. They can be corrupt and basically legal thieves.

      • yougottabeanonymous says:

So, “Violation of terms” means PayPal keeps the questionable funds? Sounds like the county sheriffs of Whoseville. Like when the town sheriff takes and drives suspected drug dealer’s pickup truck. Illegal means turned public service property is questionable, confiscated private funds turned commercial capital, yet another. Quite criminal, it seems.

Really…how is this legal? Moreso, how is this allowed? Is the idea that someone who is “up to no good” won’t have a justifiable (or moral?) explanation, so won’t challenge?

Violation of terms does not equal illegal…Upon what legal grounds does PayPal to keep people’s money in this manner?

      • TVC15 says:

You probably agree to it in the contract you don’t read when you click the button to sign up.

    • anonymous says:

So basically, PayPal takes the money.

      • Anonymous says:

I have used paypal for about 6 years for sugaring and I have never had an issue.

    • giany says:

I’ve had the same experience with both pay pal and square reader. Pay pal will do without notice, freeze your money for months and won’t get it back. Square reader at least gave notice and informed me they were doing “research” and asked a bunch of questions about the source and reasoning of the funds. They then froze my account, they at least offered to refund the money to the original card. I def suggest staying away from paypal and square reader!!

Something is happening to SA. I look at profiles and do not even want to message anybody. That never happened in, like, three years…I hope it is temporary and it will perk back up.

    • Anonymous says:

Yeah same here. Are you in a big metro city?

      • Anonymous says:

My area has steadily gone down hill. My SB is moving out of the area in June, so I am looking for someone new. She knows it and even looked at some of the profiles, and gave up. It is amazing how quickly it went sour. I live in an area with a little over a million people, so not some podunk village.

Ah, just had an interesting conversation with a POT SB. Trying to set up a M&G, so I had to come there at a super inconvenient time, take her to lunch, and then give her $100 for her time and to prove I was serious. I quickly realized it was time to move on.

    • Anonymous says:

I would have moved on long before I got in the car. $100 for a meet and greet is NOT happening. When it’s a planned totally platonic meet and greet, I believe each party should “invest” in the time. I am happy to buy the lunch/dinner/coffee or whatever the meet and greet entails in that regard.

      • Rick says:

I never made it to the car either. I totally agree with you. If the SB isn’t willing to invest a little time, especially when I’m paying for a nice restaurant, then it’s a deal breaker. If she has to travel a long distance, then gas money is acceptable, but just for the honor of meeting her? Uh, no thanks.

  38. Anonymous says:

My point is, there is a contingency of women on SA (not fit, not young and not pretty) who still think they can make money from sugar. Well, so the legend is, there are rich men who are not interested in pretty fresh bodies and faces. They want to be kicked in the groin, and while they are sitting on the floor, their hands tied behind their backs, with their nose they type the numbers on the computer, transferring their wealth into the account of the aforementioned woman ( not young, not fit and not attractive)…there tons of these men on SA, obviously.

    • Anonymous says:

+1. All this Sub talk is just a usual women’s pat on the back, “there is somebody out there for you, sister”, but with a twist and on steroids. Not only can you compete with a young pretty girls, you, old and overweight, can get richer men and, unlike the poor 20some beauty, you do not even have to sleep with them. Just kick them around and collect the cash. Very very empowering indeed…

    • sd with open eyes says:

There also seems to be a contingency of guys on SA (not rich, young, or good looking) who think they can get free sex. There a ton of these women on SA, obviously.

You, by any chance, are not taking her (Anon) seriously? You really think a woman who knows how to entice “the richest and most powerful” SDs with her leather – that would be the only possible way she would know and not speak out of her…mmm yea, that – would sit here on her…yea that and entertain us, mere mortals?
If you are talking her seriously, I happen to have a great piece of land in Nigeria that will give you a massive return… You want to give me your bank account numbers?

Okay so this has nothing to do with the article… I have been using this site periodically over the past few years and NOT ONCE have I found a suitable SD. Pretty sure i’m not being picky and I think i’d be a great sugar baby. Does anyone on this site successfully enter an SD/SB relationship?

  42. Anonymous says:

is anyone even on these sites anymore? I’ve looked a few times but have not found the SD I’m looking for. Seems to be mostly splenda daddies looking for weird fetishes or men old enough to be my grandfather. I mean 25 year age gap, okay but 65 year age gap?

    • TVC15 says:

We all know that age is just a number. Are you “age-Iattic” and prone to hyperventilating to men who are older you?

If so, hopefully cialis will invent a non-phobic pill that gets you turned on for men your elders age with more than money.

Than again, as much as I am laughing to myself, I do find it sad that it’s either about age or money her, on the blog, as far as perception goes. Is nothing really real anymore? My gps is toast. Otherwise, I could direct your path.

Anyone in the sugar community have some insight?

Another pet peeve (it must be pet peeve day): on my main page I can select “featured members”. When I do this almost all of the 12 SB displayed are inactive, some of them being inactive for OVER 3 YEARS!

Whatever algorithm they are using to pick these profiles need to be tweaked.

  45. sd with open eyes says:

I am wondering if any sugar daddy “subs” even exist? First off, if a guy has money and wants a dom why wouldn’t he go to a BDSM website? And secondly, I thought the typical image of the sugar daddy is a rich guy who wants some younger lady to make him feel like he is #1 and top of the world. A sugar daddy “sub” sounds to me like a contradiction of terms.

    • Anon says:

There is quite a lot of male subs here.

A lot of them are jaded sexual thrillseekers or Alpha’s who are just tired of always being in charge. They like a Domme to take over the reins in the bedroom now and then.

They’re not hardcore 24/7 subs and the BDSM sites are often far too hardcore for them.
Don’t underestimate the power of a sub. You would be amazed.

      • sd with open eyes says:

Well, I am not a SB so I don’t have a window into seeing how many SD are submissive. About what percent would you estimate are subs?

There are actually a decent number of subs on the site. If you do not believe then make a SB profile and browse for yourself.

      • Anon says:

A lot of them don’t mention it in their profile but approach me for it, since something in my profile seems to pique them.

“The legend goes that a sub SD was seen in March of 2009… The legend also says he had to close his account since he could not unlock his mailbox – it exceeded the space allocated to it on the SA server.”

The truth is that some of the richest and most powerful SDs on this side are subs in the bedroom.

And no, don’t mix D/s up with the “Findom” crowd. That’s fantasy indeed.

      • Anonymous says:

…and so the legend continues. About “the most rich and powerful men” just dying to give their money for licking a leather boot on (normally) old and fat leg. This legend will never die.

      • Anonymous says:

@Anon, @1,44. Could not agree more. I was not even taking into account the ones who do not have it listed on their profile and send sub desire privately. I thought if anyone was interested enough to do a search then there r plenty enough listed as a sub on their profile.

”…and so the legend continues. About “the most rich and powerful men” just dying to give their money for licking a leather boot on (normally) old and fat leg. This legend will never die.”
–this individual sounds threatened and scared by this dynamic and BDSM. You can keep telling yourself that truths do not exist but living in denial seems safer for your mind’s well being so carry on.

      • SSSD says:

        @anon 7:22pm / Anon,

I politely declined the invitation. All the brainwashing in college and graduate school was not enough to create the “socialist new man” willing to foot the entire bill of raising someone else’ child. I’m too independent-minded and having too strong of a male instinct to be hood winked. OTOH, I don’t think I was even wronged in an open relationship that I stupidly agreed to enter into, much less holding a grudge against anyone; my life has always turned out far better than anyone leaving, so there’s no point holding any grudge against valuable lessons I learned at someone else’ expense. I’d rather enjoy the blissful assumption that they are all doing well on their own, so I don’t have to waste my time or resources helping them (out of usual noblesse oblige).

Holding grudge sounds like a form of projection from someone who is not happy with her own life; otherwise, why waste emotional energy on grudge. Speaking of projections, I find the whole theme of “wealthy successful sub male” very much a projection from a small set of female: the type who try to be dominant in life but find that tiring and want a switch in the bedroom. For men, being dominant is not tiring, so there is seldom need for “taking a break” from it. When a break is wished for, the usual male fantasy is to be loved unconditionally like his mother would love him, not to be disciplined like in religious schools a century ago.

I can see dominatrix costume being “sexy” on some women, but the appeal there is her implied domination over other men . . . i.e. no-sex-allowed to other men, while I partake a fruit forbidden to other men. Actually being dominated by her? Perhaps enjoyable for mostly losers. The male minds adroit at social and market success would enjoy the pimp fantasy instead.

But right there are also more than a few who do not admit to this until you start email or meet.

A terse reply makes me have to ponder if this sugar baby will open up if I ask her the “right” question or should I just move on at once.

I look at the crop available on SA…no one is obvious to pull the trigger. So what should I do? Keep seeing four ppl knowing that none of them is what I want, getting the quantity instead of quality? The male/SD equivalent would be a guy offering only $200/mo for weekly meetings (hypothetical number, deliberately unbelievably low, so as not to offend anyone; SA does have global reach) and firm on that numerical limit. He is not likely to get any good candidate unless in a poor country.

That doesn’t mean it’s OK for fake POTs to sucker SB’s into giving them free masturbation material. If a woman wants to do it for her own pleasure, that’s fine. But these jerks are dangling the carrot to get women to do it for nothing, and that’s different.

      • Anonymous says:

You worry about “these other silly women” too much. It is pretty safe – chatting on SA and if they cannot spot a fake doing that, jeez, they are in serious trouble. Meet and great, allowance negotiations, keeping the guy interested – these are all so much harder. It is a bit of a jungle out there and people need to learn basic skills. My guess, you worry for nothing. Most women are pretty apt at sorting things out, just like to whine about it. We all do.

      • TVC15 says:

One of the ways people learn basic skills is by asking for advice, and there are other people who like to be helpful and give it. So there’s no need to learn everything the hard way, unless of course you take bad advice!

    • SSSD says:

Humorless pragmatic bean counters can actually be a lot of fun. I have had more than my fair share, for which I’m grateful; they are:

      1. Punctual;
      2. A little nerdy and know it;
      3. Pragmatic, as in would not waste time on wannabe “social-justice” nonsense;
      4. Highly dependable: instead of claiming false car accidents or breakdowns, they’d dig themselves out of snowbanks to arrive at appointment! Very impressive work ethics;
      5. Really appreciative of your contribution to their lives;

      6. Here’s a big one: can manage their own money, so money given to them feels like good investment . . . and indeed they will have a good future regardless whether being on their own or continued relationship/friendship with me.

Little of the above has anything to do with TVC.

Humor is what men use for gaming/conning women into sex. While almost every woman think herself as having a good sense of humor or “sarcastic,” almost none of actully do. The somewhat self-deprecating ones are easier to get along with; the sharper tongued ones are harder. Being pragmatic and good at bean counting and absorbing/retaining facts are good qualities, and make the relationship maintenance less hassle.

The really pretty (“9”) and highly intelligent (IQ > 130) ones, when coming out of their usual “humorless pragmatic” cold facade after a while, can be a lot of fun. They are very different from the bitchy “5” or “6” ones with sub-100 IQ but think they are master wordsmiths.

      • TVC15 says:

It’s one thing to exchange flirty messages, yet another to entertain chat sex with a so-called potential who won’t agree to meet you.

Men who approach you sex-forward are not pots, they’re nexters. If any response at all, it’d be a polite one-line note of disinterest.

      • yougottabeanonymous says:

Some men will take advantage, and string you along to see how much they can get you to expose and share in stroking their phallic egos.

Set a sweet, light and subtly flirty tone that isn’t sex heavy. If you lead with your vagina, you will attract horny thigh humpers.

Don’t chase carrots dangling from the sky. Plant seeds, and cultivate them, and your harvest will be more plentiful.

It’s highly unlikely that your pot will reach into his pocket to share anything with you. His sticky fingers are glued to his keyboard.

      • TVC15 says:

Value is a matter of perspective. We all know SBs’ time has no value to leeches like you. However, it’s worth quite a lot to SBs, and they shouldn’t be wasting it on fakers and wannabes.

      • Another anonymous says:

But of course the value of time is relative. But at the end the SB is looking for an arrangement. So if the SB has many POTs to sort out, there is no need to cultivate a questionable guy. If there are no others, maybe she needs to put in a lot of effort.

      • TVC15 says:

“Cultivating” a faker who only wants to talk sex and does not want to meet is a waste of time no matter how many POTs you have. Then again, face and all to the forehead to dare to be bland and firebid you a request of our time…anything less is a disadvantage and we are called rinses.

Wake up. Invest and you will be instead in. We may have been trained by men who sought us as fools but to continue is defacing reality. Oh wait…that’s right…it is a numbers game, so defacing the females is an expected cost of business expense that is calculated into the bottom line of profit margin loss and marginal expectancy of profit margin gain? YeH right, not to the big dawgs in the gam that know who to side with and those to disembark upon. Sense is cents that make up Milton salt. Aka million dollar branding deals. I am new to the SA. I am a consultant and travel for work to big metro cities (NY, Boston, Atlanta, LA, etc). A friend recommended this site for possibly finding companions while I am on my business trips. However, I am mostly interested in casual flings, a dinner and hopefully intimacy if we click. I don’t have time to “spoil” or sponsor the women. I have yet to send out a message to anyone as I do not know how to communicate this without sounding that I am looking for an escort. Any suggestions? Also, for this purpose, is SA better than using a conventional escort service, what are pros or cons? I have used escorts before but found that escorts are usually rushing the experience and for a change I wanted to experience something along the lines of a GFE experience.

    • Another anonymous says:

If you come to those places frequently and on predictable schedule you will have no problems what so ever. But some level of sponsorship will be required. Good luck.

      • yougottabeanonymous says:

you should use an escort service as it seems more suitable for what you describe.

You might, however, find some on this site who are open to a one-night fling. I think, for most, sugar is viewed as more of an on-going arrangement rooted in rapport… irrespective of brevity or causal nature.

Have gotten messages from men who are passing through town. I thank them for their interest, and ask if or when they plan to return. If there is no plan for return visits (as typical with travel contacts, monthly reports, client relations etc) then I politely decline.

Candor in your intentions is always appreciated.

You might just find yourself a sexy date.

Sounds just like every other so called sugar daddy on this site.

you said you “don’t have time to spoil or sponsor the women.”

You have time to take them to dinner and fuck them but you don’t have time to give them financial support? I think you meant you don’t have the FUNDS to spoil them — big difference.

      • Anonymous says:

What I meant is I can compensate for the intimacy. So if I fly in NYC on Monday and going back on Wednesday, i would love to take a woman on a date to a upscale restaurant and am willing to provided financial “support” if we both decide to have sex. If she won’t take money that’s fine, I can gift her a victoria’s secret gift card for let’s say 500 bux.

    • DianaSB inOC says:

Did he really say he doesn’t have time to spoil or sponsor and is looking for casual hook ups while in town? Isn’t that why escorts are highered? Get your hour $$$ and done. There’s also Tinder but it appears to work for men that have a significant amount of pull in the looks dept.

I just run it as a business because that’s the way I see sugaring. Make a bank account specifically for your business and just deposit and withdraw as necessary. Make sure to see a tax professional and figure out how much money you would owe to the government come tax time, and then make sure to put it away in small amounts once a month. Example: If you’ll owe $60,000 to the government, divide that by 12. That will give you $5,000 that you should put away each month for taxes.

I do not claim to understand (but will stipulate to occasionally enjoying) all the back-and-forth between the usual commenters on this thread, or how to tell all of the different Anonymii apart from their tone/vocabulary, but I do have thoughts on the purported topic of this thread:

    1. Create new account at bank with whom you already do business.
    2. Obtain Debit/ATM card and PIN.
    3. Give card and PIN to SB.
    4. Easily transfer funds (or automatic recurring monthly transaction) from anywhere in the Internet-connected world, whenever you wish.
    5. SB can withdraw cash, buy ridiculous things, pay for her mother’s nursing home, whatever.
    6. No bank info exchanged; no scamming concerns.
    7. Removes the handing over of cash and associated transactional connotations.

    1. I am single and work for myself, so have no need for discretion. Nobody intercepts my mail or scours my bank statements.
    2. If SB uses card in Debit mode, SD can see transaction details if he cares. But if SB is shy/secretive/shady she can always just withdraw cash to ensure privacy. Mother’s nursing home might give disapproving glance upon offer of cash payment, but trust me: they’ll take it.

  63. sd with open eyes says:

This one gave me a chuckle. A SB listed her location as Centralia PA. I messaged her and told her that she needed a better fake location than that because that town is all but deserted because of a catastrophic underground coal fire that made the town uninhabitable. She changed her location to some place 25 miles away.

    • Anonymous says:

What’s annoying is when they list your city and live 90 miles away. I used to start chatting, get a number, text, and then she would say she was not in my city. Learned the hard way. Now I ask if they are ACTUALLY in my city. Bunch of time wasting fickle minded wannabe sb’s LOL

      • Anonymous says:

One potential SB told me that a fake location nowhere near the real one was for the purpose of discretion. Yeah, sure.

  64. Anonymous says:

About the “I am not a prostitute” statement in SB profiles. There may be legitimate reasons. It may be a disclaimer in case someone she knows finds the profile. It may be thinking aloud for a girl who wants to be a SB but is afraid of the stigma. It may be a way to try to avoid escort clients who want a one time thing, or those who send very crude messages to them. Finally, she may be a “platonic SB” who is trying to use a holier-than-thou approach.

There is also an illegitimate (dishonest) use of that statement. She may be a rinser trying to sugar-coat or hustle/shame men into giving her money while hoping to “win” her in bed, while she has no intention of ever having sex with them. When they run out of patience, she moves on to the next victim.

Cash paid in person is the only method that makes sense short of a very complicated tax mitigation strategy that would involve, among other things, lying to the federal government by both the SD and the SB.

Much easier to engage in a smaller lie: you lost the cash, or bought something personal (and legal) with it that you consumed.

It’s actually the SB, not the SD, who has the far more complicated income / audit / tax situation, even in the case of cash.

    • the islander says:

That’s actually my biggest concern. How do I explain all this extra income if ever audited?

  70. Another anonymous says:

Well maybe not. So the phrase “I am not a prostitute” is very frequent in profiles. It usually means “Your money is just a gift, but does not guarantee anything, especially intimacy.”

    • Anonymous says:

They do not want to meet. Many worry to do anything online because “it will be recorded”. All they want is money. The only obstacle they see, is how to get money without giving her real name. If only they could get around it, SA would be ideal.

    • Another anonymous says:

But then, hard to blame them. I guess many SDs would welcome a new version of SA, if it provides anonymous intimacy with beautiful women without any allowance.

      • Anonymous says:

My point is, I think SA is working. It is not perfect. Not everyone gets the prize. There are success stories that we hear about here. There are disappointments we here much less about. There are genuine honest ppl playing the game. There are crooks. Same as in the world outside the sugar bubble.

    • Another anonymous says:

SA works very well. And obviously a place with beautiful women and well to do men will attract scammers and outright criminals, so every participant needs to be careful.

    • Anonymous says:

Well, we all would love to live in a world where we get something (specifically, money) for nothing. Unfortunately, the world does not work that way. If a woman wants a relationship out of SA, I am sure it is doable. Find a guy you like, form a relationship and then ask for money, easy. But most women do not want that. What they want, is to ask for money right away and then “maybe’ they will want a relationship and then (another maybe) they will want intimacy. If a man says “I want something for my money, more tangible than you talking about True Blood and checking your phone” – then “I am not a prostitute!” argument is immediately made…

      • Anonymous says:

See case in point ^^ above. The name of the game is to identify those early and eliminate them. Normally pretty straightforward.

  71. Another anonymous says:

It seems I am getting moderated away.

  72. Bill says:

    There are additional considerations.

Gift tax. If a SD gives his SB more than $14,000 per year, then he is obligated to pay a gift tax. Do you really want your name, your SB’s name, and your wife’s name on the same tax form? It does not matter how this is paid, whether by cash, check, or transfer. There is a loophole, in that any amount paid directly to an educational institution for school tuition and fees is excluded from gift tax.

Confiscation. It is perfectly legal to withdraw or deposit cash of any amount over $10,000 at a time. Your bank will send a report to the Treasury automatically. I have never heard of anyone being questioned over this, but if I were, I would merely decline to answer. However, it is illegal to withdraw or deposit more than $10,000 in a series of transactions that are each less than $10,000. The bank gets to decide whether to report it or not, and if they do, the government will confiscate all the money in the account. After several years and tens of thousands of lawyer fees, you might get half of it back. There is an additional trap: When the government asks what the money was for or from, do not lie. Lying sends people to jail. The correct answer is no answer.

Financial aid formulas. For those SBs who are in college, they should be aware of the consequences with how their allowance affects their formulas. Gifts are not income, but the cash becomes part of the SB’s assets. If she puts it in a bank account, it will be counted as such. I would never suggest anyone do something potentially illegal, but if she put the cash in a safe deposit box until she needed it, then no one would know she has it. Similarly, if she pays down debts with it, then it is not an asset and not counted.

Audits and subpoenas. Every electronic transaction leaves a trail that can be affirmatively traced to the sender and recipient, to a point (you can buy vanilla debit cards with cash with anonymity). There is privacy, but anonymity is much harder to obtain. Who knows someday whether an SB or SD gets audited or has some kind of legal problem, including civil matters of divorce and child support. Privacy would then not exist. The lesson is: Never send money electronically that you don’t want to be made public. If you are ok with everyone knowing about it, then it is not a problem.

In-Kind. Sometimes paying for things directly is better than cash. I have heard of SDs who own apartments or houses and merely let their SB live there. Making a car, rent, or tuition payment in lieu of cash also works sometimes.

  73. Anonymous says:

*Sigh* If only the SDs in my area where like this. They are so stingy and only want to pay on a meet up basis. Then, when its time to meet up, want to bring it to a hotel room.. I guess they don’t realize this site is for arrangements, not escorts.

  74. Katie says:

I have been finding a lot of POT SD of late have been snake bit. One of the first things they say is they are NOT going to pay for a meet and greet. Ummm I never asked you to or would I want or expect that. If either party can’t invest an hour, to get ready, travel and have a coffee, neither are very serious in my mind.

I have also noticed a trend where a POT will ask me what my allowance expectations are, the only thing I have to go on is my ONE past arrangement. When I tell them what my allowance was, they tell me I’m dreaming and stop talking. Ummmm why ask the question if you either don’t want to hear the answer or aren’t willing to take and tell me what might work for you?

    • Bill says:

There are plenty of women who think they should get paid to meet for coffee. They seem to think they are the only one taking a risk on the time; and have no clue how valuable an SDs time is.

You did not answer the question. You answered what you had before, not what you expect. There are some SDs who are willing to give a lot (although it seems to be mostly for not a very long period of time), but anyone who expects that is going to pass by many good partners before they find another one like that.

      • Anonymous says:

Trying to use shame to get women to have lower expectations. way to sugar yourself unsuccessful.

I’ve gotten those stupid ‘SD’s’ emails occasionally too although they usually leave me alone bc they know better. One tried telling me my allowance expectations are unreasonable even though I have had and have no issue getting my allowance needs met- in the past or now. For them, upgrading their meal from the $1 menu is likely unrealistic, so you laugh them off, pay them no mind and move onto the real deal.

I always find funny the “I am not a prostitute!” whining and blaming SA. I always want to say – nobody forces you to take the money, Honey! Nowhere does SA say you have to be compensated for your dates. Go to dates and put out for free! If you do not want any money, you can be as picky as hell, there will be offers. If you do that, no one in their right mind will call you a prostitute. It is you who wants money…do not blame SA or men for that.

    • Anonymous says:

everybody rationalizes their behavior differently. The”I’m not a prostitute ” types will be OK if they get a monthly check up front ,but not if they get a weekly check

Does that make you a john, then? Or are you just another whiner from outside the bowl, with your nose pressed up against the glass?

      • Anonymous says:

My point is – if you are into name calling, do as you please. SA is just a means for putting two (or three in rare cases) ppl together. If you want money for sex, it is your choice. No one is forcing money on you. You can use it for dating, dining and romance. But if you want money, well…u can call yourself whatever you want. Just remember, that was your choice to accept it. It is not that men want you to be a prostitute, you made that choice. You could just go to dinner and be his lover.

      • TVC15 says:

And nobody’s forcing you to be a john, or to whine about sugar babies. Those are the choices you’ve made.

      • Anonymous says:

I am not whining about Sugar Babes. I love them. I like women, I enjoy their company, in and out of bed. What I “whine” about are women who come to SA having no idea what they want (except transfers into their account) and blame SA for that, saying SR equals prostitution.

      • TVC15 says:

In over a year of posting here I haven’t seen one woman saying that sugar equals prostitution and that it’s SA’s fault. If you’d like to try to point one out, I’ll wait. All I have to do is look up, though, to see you stating that if a woman doesn’t want to be called a prostitute she should put out for nothing. Doesn’t sound like you love sugar babies all that much.

      • Anonymous says:

I am saying, do not be a hypocrite. Nothing is wrong with wanting a money. Nothing is wrong with men wanting to sleep with you, nature wired us that way. However, to say that it is men’s fault or SA’s fault to coerce women into prostitution is wrong. It is her free choice, there is an easy solution – do not take any money. If you want to take the money, do not complain that u are asked to do something besides giving a guy your PayPal account.

      • Another anonymous says:

        @ What sugar equates to?

Maybe it is not discussed here, but “I am not a prostitute” phrase is very frequent in profiles. And it does NOT mean intimacy without money. It actually means “Money is a gift you gave me, but it does not guarantee anything.”

      • Anonymous says:

“I am not a dummy” should be posted in SD profiles. What that means is that you sleeping with me does not entitle you to any money. 🙂

      • Anonymous says:

“I am not an ATM” should be written in SD profiles. What that means is that if you sleep with me that does not entitle you to any money from me.

    • hannah says:

Or maybe it’s not whining or blaming anybody. Have you thought maybe it’s to do with the type of messages she receives? I have received messages where off the bat sex is mentioned. So if she has “I’m not a prostitute or escort” it’s to remind SD’s that it’s an arrangement site and not escort site. Nobody with sense wants to just meet and go to a hotel every time and be paid. That’s not what SB and SD arrangements are.

    • yougottabeanonymous says:

Anyone you give your account information can use it to steal from you.

You might consider screening or waiting until you feel more comfortable before sharing banking info. No different than with any person you’d give your info. Most banks offer an online transfer service that only requires an email address or phone number (name is revealed in processing). It shouldn’t be necessary for you to provide your account information.

Id highly doubt that a genuine benefactor would steal your money, though catfish (posers) do exist, and you should practice due diligence and patience so as not to make a poor choice out of eagerness or desperation.

    • Anonymous says:

yes and it can also be used to launder money or used for illegal transfers (aka fund terrorism). Don’t give your bank info ever.

    • kevin says:

hmmmm, have you ever written a check to anyone? if your response is yes then take a look at the bottom of your check. You will see that it displays your FULL BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. So, whenever someone writes a check to another he/she is essentially revealing his/her full bank account number to said person/people. So in a nutshell there is very little that a stranger can do with just your bank account number. Having said that, the idea of releasing such information to an un-vetted individual will still make me a little uneasy.

      • Anonymous says:

You are correct. If you give them full name and date of birth you are more likely to get scammed. I know there are ways to transfer money into banks, like phone number, but limit the amount of information provided.

I know an SB in Florida who mistakenly provided too much information. $25,000 was transferred through her account from overseas and she had to answer a whole bunch of questions from the government. The money was deposited and a women on the other end went to the bank with a fake id and withdrew the money. Thankfully, she only withdrew the money that was deposited.

I am interested in strictly physical arrangements. However, I do not know what is the best and most “gentle” way to present this not to scare off potentials SB’s? The 18-22 age group of SB’s seem to be mostly shy/flaky so the success that I’ve had so far has been with 30+ or single mom’s. Anyone else has the same issue? I am not in NYC, Boston or Vegas and I wonder if that has anything to do with this? thanks!

    • AvianJay says:

Hopefully this works… flakiness is an issue everywhere so you are not alone. TO answer your otber question the best way to accomplish your goal is to be honest and upfront about what you want in your profile. That way you don’t waste your time nor the time of others looking for something else.

Try something like “While I would love a SB that I could wine and dine and take on shopping trips my current situation doesn’t allow me to do that. So for now I’m hoping to find someone who can understand my need for discretion and the fact that for now I must be an indoor daddy. But don’t worry I’ll provide the means for her to enjoy what the city has to offer or buy a prettty dress or two even if it’s not with me.”

If you’re just looking to pump and dump girls then don’t use this but if you want something long term that just happen to be physical in nature only this should work perfectly.

Right, I always offer to meet up for a coffee or a drink to get acquainted. My profile does state that I am not looking for a platonic arrangement and am looking for “open minded” women only. I also do state that due to my job/travel commitments I can only dedicate one evening a week to the arrangement. I think this should be clear as to what my intentions are.

A lot of times a girl will start asking what my allowance/what I offer. I don’t know about others, but personally I think this is a childish and rookie thing to ask. I mean this is not ebay or amazon and I am investing in a human being not buying a commodity off a website. When I offer that I’d like to meet in person first, maybe give me a push back stating they never met a SD that was not okay outlining the arrangements details before the meet. I just find this extremely childish and not serious. Then some of the same ones will whine about how men only want sex, which proves my point. I want to meet and see if we get along. I want to see if I like you and you like me, even if it is just a physical arrangement.

How much is something that an escort would ask.

I get frustrated at how ridiculous some of these women are.

      • Anononymous says:

I have been offered the same and I often ask upfront because the 1 day per week sounds like a john seeking an escort. Since the 1 day plan Pot is always logged into SA he’s probably doing one offs with multiples.Add in “we don’t need to use condoms” and I’ll pass and block every time.

Just thought I would share my experiences on SA. I am a SD, for real, in a small west Texas city. Most search results are from communities 100+ miles away. Even so, I have had great luck. I have had a few responses wanting me to send expensive gifts and/or money before we have even communicated outside of SA. I joined less than a month ago and have been socializing with three, absolutely stunning college women. No one has asked for more than 500 at a time, and all understand and ,eet my needs. I would have to say that SA has been a life changing experience. Now if the drug companies will hurry up and get Cialis approved for over the counter sales….

EGADs ! Nothing has changed. Terry, good for you . You have a successful Sugar arrangement x 3 no less . Do not let yourself be shamed for not paying $10K/week for the privilege of improving these ladies’ lives.

BTW , $500 /visit is extremely generous and is probably well over the median allowance for an SB . Keep up the good work .

Truth be told, it works in all sorts of places, big and small. If both parties have a good attitude towards this. If she expects an allowance while she is “thinking about it”, not gonna work. If he expects her to put out, “to see if there is compatibility in bed”, before starting her on the dough, not gonna work. But ppl keep trying.

This website is total bs. The men do not want to spend any money or meet up. The men on this site is full of site. These ” sugar daddies” want sugar but don’t want to give anything in return.

    • Anonymous says:

And the women are equally as terrible. It evens out in the end.

    • Anonymous says:

Welcome to the SD site. Where men want to be pacified and cultured with a soft touch and wet, firm assests. If you cannot sell yourself by getting over on others then you are a wet blanket that is tossed aside and you sold yourself short of your marketable weight. Any questions?

Lure, be secretive and bare your soul to none and care for none. SB 101 (all contributions go to the cheap SD 101 lesson), class dismissed.

    • Anonymous says:

That is not true. “Men” very much want to meet up and they are willing to spend money. It is just that – they have a few choices. So they are spending their money wisely… Sugar is available, you see. Women think that men should fight, to get her sugar. But sugar is very much on offer. So if you want a premium price on your sugar, you might not get it. Even if you know your worth.
Cuz the other chick is more reasonable. She is getting what she asks for “in return”.

      • Anonymous3 says:

Well it’s not so simple. Also reasonable isn’t the case more like she’s sleeping with you and every other guy that calls her “reasonable”.If most men offered the exact same allowance which from what I hear is something they’d give an escort for the hour, what’s to say that she’s not looking forward to the next guy on the list?

    • Anonymous says:

You are only one of many. If u are not getting any, another girl, who is more reasonable, does. Simple.

      • Anonymous says:

        Amen to that!
This website has so many delusional women who have heard stories from other sugar babies about the lavish lifestyle they can have. They have “substantial” and “high” expectations AND are also avoiding any type of sexual/intimate arrangements. They want best of both worlds. DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY. Most men on here want intimacy and they are not looking to spend thousands on your shopping fetishes.

      • tee vee see says:

While it’s helpful to suggest that a potential SB improve her quality and presentation and moderate her expectations, it’s also helpful to acknowledge that whether or not she does so, any woman in the sugarbowl is inevitably targeted by an endless lineup of would-be sex scammers.

      • Anonymous says:

Sex scammers? How exactly are these SB’s getting “sex scammed”? If a SB agrees to sex, she was probably attracted to the man and probably did not care if she got paid or not. It’s not like they are being raped.

      • Anonymous says:

I don’t think the women are delusional but feel based on the promotion of sugar dating that sugar daddies be able to afford having that title.

Substantial and High are for those that can afford that lifestyle and men that are more than happy to offer it. When the lady in question realizes she’s not receiving interest in that range she’ll probably just close her account and find a job. It’s nothing to fret over since it doesn’t really hurt your bottom dollar. Just contact women that are in the ranges that you can afford. Is it me? I kinda think this is self explanatory.

      • SourCandy says:

“she was probably attracted to the man and probably did not care if she got paid or not”

        Keep dreaming.

    • Rick says:

I’m always willing to M&G someone appealing, and I know what an allowance is. What I’m seeing more and more are SBs that want to be paid to meet, and platonic SBs. If that’s isn’t a contradiction in terms.

But if you look hard enough, you can find some lovely SBs. I’m curious what your expectation range is.

      • Anonymous says:

Sugar babies who had previous platonic arrangements and we getting paid $xxx, will almost always look for something comparable. Both SB’s and SD’s are always comparing the potential to their last gig. It’s just human nature. So if I hear that a SB hung out platonically with a SD and was getting $xxx allowance, I know that chances are she will not get intimate unless I beat her previous arrangement $$

The ones who want money to just meet are generally to be avoided. Or you can meet and negotiate an arrangement if you have the charms and personality to convert that date into something else.

      • Anonymous3 says:

lol @ If the sb agrees to sex then she’s “probably” attracted to the man. Would she receive her allowance without the sex? If the answer is no then we all know why she’s there. Being scammed is being duped into performing a task and not providing the benefits agreed. It’s called mutually beneficial for a reason and sorry to say sex for her doesn’t qualify as an actual benefit if she can easily attract a better looking mate without an allowance on offer.

I did speak to one man that tried to use a shaming tactic to avoid the allowance discussion and I just politely told him there are many lovely women his own age, same looks, same socioeconomic status and same marital history that would enjoy dating him without an allowance. I wished him well on his search.

The other type I’ve encountered which is the younger SD that has inherited his fortune by taking over the family business states clearly “I don’t provide allowances and I think it’s tacky for any man to do so”. He goes into detail of how he’s looking for someone to share the life his family wealth has afforded him.

That’s as bad as someone living in a Mansion with 90% of the rooms vacant, inviting a homeless person in and giving him the chewed up flea infested bedding the dog no longer wants to sleep on. He then washes the clothing of the homeless person meanwhile showing him the lobster that was just flown in from an exotic locale to turn around and hand the homeless person a bag of moldy bread. He’s shown to the door and the wealthy person pats himself on the back at how truly generous he is.

      • TVC15 says:

      • TVC15 says:

Hear, hear. If a guy wants free sex, let him go after the women who want to give it away for free. He shouldn’t be wasting sugar babies’ time.

    • Anonymous3 says:

Looks like someone realized early that the majority aren’t here for arrangements but want to con women for nothing.

    • Bill says:

Hmm. That isn’t me. I give my SBs a monthly allowance.

There are certainly men here who are unwilling or unable to provide allowance, and some women realize this too late. There are also women here who are outright prostitutes.

Your experience tells me one of two things. You could be living someplace with few options, like Garden City, Kansas or something. Or you are not competing well. A 21 year old SB at a major university in a metro area who is very attractive, has a pleasing personality, is without drama or baggage will have no problem finding a generous SD.

Keep in mind there are more women here than men, so the best men are going to hook up with the best women.

[To the uninitiated: That was a poster who told her ultra-successful sugar story for years, only to be found to be a fake at the end. As fake posters go, this was remarkably well done, well paced, and with realistic details (some of which may have been true). Those who raised doubts about her before she was outed were an extremely small, and chastised, minority.

Paypal is anonymous? NOT. You cannot use it anonymously. Nor do I want a paper trail. Cash only.

    • yougottabeanonymous says:

True! PayPal is not anonymous. Once the funds are transferred, the name associated with the bank account is identified. Vaguely remember someone sharing that her identity was revealed after approving what she thought was an anonymous transfer. For some, I think that wanting anonymous transfer is also a matter of safeguard from unintended eyes.

I think if your account is setup as a business, then the business name appears.

Not sure about the other services. I have actually passed on offers in the past from people I hadn’t met as I did not feel comfortable sharing my personal info at the time.

Thanks for the blog topic. Could you check into anonymous PayPal transfers, and update the topic, if applicable?
