  1. What I don’t understand is why no one is interested in women my age? yea young girls are hot…but they don’t have the skill set that a woman in her 40s has. what can I so to up my chances?

  2. Anonymous says:

Anyone know why Victoria’s Secret and Sephora gift cards were removed from the wish list options??? They’re the only things I want. :c

  3. R R says:

Here’s a wrinkle on the WishLists. I had the site send a gift. The gift was never redeemed. I asked for a refund. Support says I can’t get a refund. I asked who keeps my money but haven’t rec’d a response yet.

    • sumdigits says:

Same here but gift support refunded (Kelly? ). They said I would have received credit anyway if the gift wasn’t redeemed, but did refund it for me same day. I’ve sent maybe 6-7, and some SBs hadn’t been online in weeks, so I get it, I’m playing the odds. Did you ask SA? I had luck with the gift support email on the receipt. But a button to cancel the gift would be better

  4. Candice says:

The notes feature you integrated should be visible by all sugar babies. That would actually be valuable for us to keep red flags communicated between the babies. It is completely pointless otherwise. I can review my messages with my POTs if I want to “keep notes”. We need a discussion platform in our local areas to warn other babies. The forum is too large and information gets lost. I don’t feel that this is being adequately addressed by SA.
The wish list is horrid. The selection is lame and is seen as a big turn off by many SD. I would never pay for that feature.

  5. Xo_baby says:

Idk why people complaining about the wish list, shit i’d feel flattered if a SD sent me a little gift 🙂

  6. anonymous says:

& have the most perfect everlasting beneficial arrangement companionship? Otherwise there are plenty of escort service sites where the prostitutes charge few hundred to few thousand a night NSA. It’s not even how little the SD offer for sex but how little the SD thinks his happiness is worth when he has money the SB can never dream of ever having. FYI I met a lady who had men give her thousands per month in her 30s NO SEX ATTACHED & in her 40s they bought her luxury cars & in her 50s bought her high rise condos & she is still in her 50s now with a lot of money in her bank so I don’t know why us younger SB can’t have anywhere near what she has. I don’t deny she seems more like a gold digger. But you see my point here.

  8. niece says:

Well I have been using this site for over a year, just recently logged back on after a super long time. I think the features they have added are pretty nice. I’m not a premium member. I agree with a lot of people about some things with the wishlists. I wouldn’t recommend buying a gift for someone you haven’t met before. It’s a very nice gesture, but to me it feels like your buying me and that’s how you get by in life. Money doesn’t motivate me. A friend actually told me about this site. I would assume a lot of people take advantage of one another and a wishlist is one of those ways. Now don’t get me wrong I have a wishlist, but won’t be available until I decide to be a premium member. I feel expensive gifts or gifts over $20 is inappropriate if I have never met you before or established some type of common ground and respect.

  9. Guest says:

Question? Is the only purpose of men on this to be an ATM? I see female profiles stating “I am not escort”, “Do not treat me like a prostitute”. Should men be treated as any more than an ATM?. If a female wants to flake last minute, The men are suppose to be understanding. If a women needs more than the agreed upon allowance, The men are suppose to be understanding. If the women is embarrassed to be seen in public with someone 20 years older than her. The men are suppose to be understanding. Why do women feel it okays to walk over, take advantage and treat men as worthless and no other value than an ATM?

  10. Anonymous says:

Everyone here is so hung up on the new features (especially the wishlist) yet no one has mentioned what is being TAKEN AWAY from non-premium members. Can’t see/open messages older than 7 days? What kind of bullshit is that? What’s next? You have to upgrade to even login? Wouldn’t surprise me…

  11. R R says:

I believe that at one time, SBs could obtain Premium membership if they gave a university or college email address as their contact channel. If you click on a bunch of “College Members” on the front page you’ll see that all, or almost all, are also Premium members.

A use for the Wish List for an SD is to get the attention of someone who hasn’t responded or who has been off the site for a while. I used this feature very successfully for the latter & think it was worth the cost & effort.

  12. Opheliasays says:

I don’t think the wishlists necessarily have to be a negative addition to the site. Yes, there will absolutely be people who abuse the feature. But also, what SBs are asking for on wishlists can provide insight for SDs about who their potential SBs are so they can make an even more informed decision. If someone is primarily asking for makeup and clothing, they’ve found someone fashion conscious. If it’s primarily books and art supplies, an artist. Not to make too strict archetypes, but it is valuable information. POTs have asked me before what sort of things I would like as gifts to surprise me on a second or third date. The update helps to provide insight. I would never ask for a gift prior to a date because 1. that is presumptuous, 2. while it’s a nice goodwill gesture, a small gift prior to an arrangement doesn’t necessarily mean a POT is actually able to provide a monthly allowance so I wouldn’t stake my bets on it. When I’ve enjoyed conversations with a POT prior to meeting, more often than not I will bring a small gift like chocolates. I think it’s better practice to start with a modicum of reciprocity, especially since it does show a level of seriousness and respect.

  13. Anonymous says:

The SB gift wish list is an arrogant entitled turnoff. As a SD I don’t like it. Sarcasm says I want one too… my gift wish list consists of $200 first dinner date vouchers.

  14. ZZZ says:

I’m selling the last ounce of water in the world. For 20k per month, I’ll send you pictures of the glass. Sounds legit.

  15. Anonymous says:

I don’t like the new features. I would have posted this sooner, but I was viewing a “featured member” who hasn’t been online in 3 weeks. And before that, my homepage showed me several “premium members” who have not logged in for 2 or 3 months. It’s all about timing, right?

  16. Anonymous says:

I do not think it is a good idea to buy a gift, from wishlist, to a SB whom I have not even met, but maybe that’s just me. It really feels to me that it will increase or feed that self-entitlement that some SBs seem to have. Getting something just because they exist.

Which brings me to a question I have. They say the average SB gets about $3,000 per month allowance. If I, as a SD, offer a SB (early 20’s) to pay for her rent, purchase her a used but good car, plus the auto-insurance, and $2000 per month allowance (so that she does not have to work a full-time job), that is an “equivalent” to that $3000 correct? Would this be a good offer? We are in the Northern California area. She does have to commit to a LTR though.

    • Leading Lady says:

      That is a great offer.

    • Rick says:

You’re WAY overpaying. $2000 would be a good offer without the other stuff.

      • Anonymous says:

I am so baffled by women that will not accept 2K month allowance AND enjoy our time together, of which I pay for everything we do. Ordinary dinner and a movie, weekend in Vegas, great shopping, couples massages, a burger joint or a week at the beach. Half the replies are up the allowance and lower the fun. No more. “He who has the gold makes the rules” …. it’s come to that ladies!

      • Anonymous says:

Because they do not find spending time with you worth it for them unless they are compensated more. You are not their real boyfriend with whom they would jump at the chance of a trip with. You are a job.

      • Anonymous says:

That’s the rub, where’s my fun if I up the compensation or lower the fun, for their benefit ONLY? Because I’m not the boyfriend? they don’t want to go to Vegas or the Beach? So I reduce my fun or up the allowance… I get??? more sex? Your point is taken, however “job requirements” are in play too, including fun times. Ahhh, where’s my ex wife?

      • Anonymous says:

There was the one … Me: hey, I just had a last minute trip pop up to London (I’m in the US). Let’s leave early and spend the weekend …. Her: that sounds fun but I was planning to go to Vegas to party …

        @ Anonymous August 27,2016 8:31 pm

” Half the replies are up the allowance and lower the fun. ”

Let’s say you have a job that pays you $2,000 a month. You have tons of debt, share an apartment with roommates, don’t have a car or have one that’s holding on by a thread.

You go to your boss and ask for a raise he tells you no he can’t do that. Every month he proceeds to throw lavish office parties and events for the staff. He takes you to fancy dinners as a reward and spends more than you make a week. Gifts you tickets to expensive Broadway shows, etc.

Now would you be able to enjoy all those fun experiences? If he gave you the choice based on where you are in life (the debt, etc.) Would you choose to keep making $2,000 a month? Or would you prefer to get the raise and have less fringe benefits?

You and the majority of SBs are in different places in life. You see spending a couple of hundred dollars on dinner as fun experiences she sees it as I could’ve bought groceries, paid my utilities, etc.

Sometimes the fun experiences are unintentionally cruel. Try to find a happy medium between allowance and fun…

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

I think that sometimes men’s idea of mutually beneficial is a SB coming along on a trip that the SD doesn’t want to take by himself but that the SB might be less inclined to indulge…most specifically when she has pertinent essentials and needs that will go unmet in the name of fun.

Id hope that such fun would be a perk in addition to (not in lieu of) an allowance.

      • Anonymous says:

All I’m saying is 2K is a nice allowance AND “the lifestyle.” I know lifestyle doesn’t pay the bills, I don’t want to go to the beach or Vegas alone, and a lifestyle costs money. Average month 2K allowance plus 2 or 3K fun equals 4 or 5 thousand I have spent. I want a balance for us in an arrangement, which includes fun times, not upping her allowance to $4500 and eating at Olive Garden a dozen times.

    • Anonymous says:

To anonymous that wrote… “Which brings me to a question I have. They say the average SB gets about $3,000 per month allowance. Go in with OPEN eyes. At the start of this year I entered something similar less the car. I was giving her $3000 a month cash allowance at the start of each month and paying her $1100 month rent. We agreed to getting together one day a week and that the arrangement would be exclusive. We would each take our profiles down.

About 4 months in I came onto the site to read the blogs and I see her picture (not the same from the profile I met her) with another name on the featured members page. I hit the profile and its her, same bio with another name in the same city. I casually asked her next time (without mentioning I saw her new profile) if she was happy with our arrangement and if her needs were being met. And if she was still okay just having my arrangement. She looked me in the eyes, gave me a big smile and hug. Said she had never been happier and it was working out great. Over the next week I saw she logged in with that other profile 3 times. I ended it at the end of that month.

Too Many women on this site only see men as someone to take advantage of.

      • Jaybird923 says:

Sorry that happened to you. Some people simply get greedy and are willing to gamble and risk losing a sure/good thing. Plus clearly she wasn’t that bright. Why would you use a face pic if you’re trying to sneak behind someone’s back?

If you give someone your word you should stick to it. If the situation no longer works for you either talk it out or move on. It’s that simple. ..

I’m 0 for 2 on the Wish List fad. Seems my messages of being a 1 percenter SD Gentleman,(and other fine qualities), did not quite measure up to the Wish List fulfillment prior to our meeting. Hmmm… What’s in your wallet?

This update sucks. The app needs a complete overhaul but you do this stuff? I will not buy gifts for anyone using this dumb feature that will just feed the entitlement

I get this message at least twice a day!

I am not looking for love, I want a NSA relationship but you have to fully understand me, support me, listen to me and do things for me like if you were my wife. I am single because I prefer to be with a 20 years old lady, that’s why I got divorced. But the lady asks me for money!!! Omg where’s my ex wife?’
      Keep crying, loser.

Is the wish list just for permium SB?

  23. N. O. Nemuss says:

Egads, I’m already seeing “See my wish list” as a profile subheader. At least I have a new way of telling which profiles not to read.

  24. NSA says:

Am I the only one that sees that nobody’s online at the moment in europe .

Tis morning it says by a member “on line an hour ago”, now it says “12 hours ago”???? and also by all the other members. Very strange!!!

Are they going crazy or have they been hacked????

    • SAAdmin says:

This was a bug that occurred earlier today, but is now resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience!

      • NSA says:

Sorry to tell , but know you are having the third “bug” today,

5 hours offline and suddenly a whole day??

    • Anonymous says:

Same thing with this morning with Omaha, KC and Mpls…. no one online. 6 hours, 9 hours recent activity.

      • NSA says:

Another “bug”??? right now, all the hours of the persons are wrong, a person who hasn’t been online for 12 months stands above the list, one online right now somewhere in the middle, and some profiles just disappear for a while and come then back. This is not good at all.

  25. Anonymous says:

What did you guys do to the recently active? I find it hard to believe no one within 1000 miles of me have been active in over two hours. Scrolled past the premium listings, and still no one. (I live in LA) Wondering if I have to upgrade my premium to “super premium” or something like that to see people online now.

  26. FisherMan says:

Instead of wishlist SBs I can use my phone contact list. See what my exes are doing. “Off SA” does not necessarily mean they are financially stable and will object to renewing the vows… and 22 is as good as 21…

    • Anonymous7 says:

What’s the difference between gifting her a monthly allowance and buying her stuff off of her wishlist?

      • FisherMan says:

None, when you do it for someone already in the arrangement, although she still might prefer cash in that setting.

      • WestCoastSB says:

SA used to have this feature, but it looks like they are adding Amazon wishlists now. POT SDs would send me something just to show interest before a meet or even after a date as a nice gesture. It’s just like giving someone a gift, so has nothing to do with the allowance.

      • Anonymous says:

Gifts COST money, allowance COST money. My pocketbook doesn’t know the difference!! Gestures, kindness and thoughtful actions?!! … yes. Entitled?? Be careful ladies.

      • FisherMan says:

There is no reason to give anyone anything before the arrangement. This is not charity. Ask your mom and dad.

      • Anonymous says:

The gifts should not be more than $100. Though some women might have some gifts in their wishlist which probably amount to much more money, nobody is obliged to buy them. If she has, let’s say a new shirt, or some makeup or anything else that is usually on the lower range, I don’t see how a wealthy SD would not be able to afford it.

  27. Eloquence says:

When you are a AN that has went without sex for almost 2 years and decides to finally get back in the game to find a sincere
Daddy.. Guess what? You just blew her off in a breathe and she was the exact thing u asked for. wake up.

Your greatest be edit is to stop generalizing. Not everyone fits I. The corner like a Tetris game. Nor, do they equivocate to a binary code. Sometimes, you guys are going to have to venture outside your box to find the perfect fit. She will not be found where your money drips nor your enticement runs. She is the perfect fit, but it’s the whole “Where is Waldo”. The old school version of the pimps of: where is grannies panties and shaking your money maker. To the new school: She glows in the dark in the daylight. Can you see her?

    • Anonymous says:

I basically agree, treasure and trophy walleyes, great women, are where you find them. However I fish trophy waters for trophy walleye…. the odds are in my favor! I thought SA would put the odds in my favor also for what I am looking for in a woman. It’s not, it’s an over rated disappointment, with hype and flash. Talk is cheap by most women on here.

  29. LondonSD says:

I hate it. I’m a SD and I would be ok to pay more per month. But with this feature:

    – girls think that they can be spoiled just because they exist
    – girls think that online arrangements are the norm and not a unicorn fantasy
    – I don’t want to see premium SBs in my list, actually, it’s the opposite, I want a feature to delete automatically emails coming from premium SBs (= pro)

    • Anonymous says:

Really? The comment here are crazy to me. I meet a randomn counter part in my industry and I have to purposely schedule a lunch so as not to have a drink and desire to mount the man or be extremely indecent with nothing else expected. Shame on me. I get that. But, if you were a nun like woman that is safe for so long as me, ummmm, yeah…you guys look like whiners. Get ahold of the right one and you will be popping pills to cope with the after effect of it being so good.

We are all searchin for something. I like what I have found.

    • NSA says:

I’m in the 40’s, was premium because I thought it gave advantages, and I’m NOT a pro!!!!

    • Anonymous says:

For a SB to get a “participation ribbon” before meeting or during our first meet is ridiculous. Wish List, half allowance up front before meeting because of previous bad experience, or a little something for my ( SB )time and effort? Where do I send MY BILLS for flake SB’s not showing up, travel and hotel reservations made, or a described and pictured “9” shows up as a “7” ?? Bad lighting on the photos? 4 year old pics?

      • GRINCH says:

A sugar baby once told me she takes half the month’s allowance upfront. She claimed why would she disappear after the first date/meet if she knew she was going to get money long term, to which I replied and asked whether she would consider taking half the month’s allowance at the time of the second date/meet …

I understand they don’t want to feel like prostitutes when doing PPM, but then by the same token, if you have chemistry with the guy, why would you not be okay with your allowance being paid at the second date if you feel like you are such a good catch, then a SD should be willing to see you again.

        Hypocrisy at its best!

      • Anonymous says:

I don’t think the person above has been in the SA game for a longer period of time, to know that, back in the day allowance was given AT THE BEGINNING of the arrangement because she had more to loose and there was always the risk of getting assaulted physically or threatened, blackmailed etc.

    • Anonymous says:

I completely agree with this comment. It give credence to delusional SBs that think they are entitled to stuff/presents/etc just because they exist!

      • Anonymous says:

Why on earth an SD will want to buy anything for an SB he has never met (just to “prove his interest”) is a mystery to me! There are literally 1000s of SBs that don’t require a gift before meeting up, so NO ONE deserves getting a gift before meeting up, they will simply disappear.

    • Guestguest0 says:

Just so everyone knows, SBs who sign up with their college .edu email automatically get upgraded to Premium membership for free.

    • Anonymous says:

Being a premium SB does NOT mean you’re a pro! Anyone who signs up with a student email is given a free premium account upgrade. I’ve had a premium account since the very beginning!

  30. NSA says:

My premium was expanded. I was mailing with someone, suddenly I get the message that I have to pay again if I want to see my old messages and be able to mail with members. I thought that SA was free for SB???

  31. Anonymous says:

You can probably tell a lot about a girl from the list of crap she hopes someone will buy for. Otherwise, this feature is totally tacky.

  32. Anonymous says:

So this is how I keep my interaction to potential SBs very focused and very limited:

    1) If I visit an SB’s profile and finds nothing appealing, I immediately block her, just to avoid her reciprocating the visit and me getting an unnecessary bump on “Interests” tab and potentially an unwanted message.

    2) If I’m online and notice someone checked out my profile, I look at their profile preview and if she’s not someone I feel interested in, again I immediately block her – saves me from potentially receiving unwanted messages.

    3) When I send a message to an SB, I’ve set myself a deadline. Starting from one hour onward from when she’s read my message, if I don’t receive a reply back, I block her. Reason being either she’s not interested or she’s keeping me as backup once her supply of current SDs’ has run out. And this is based on my past experience. If an SB is interested she will reply to you right away 99.99% of time.

    • AnonymousSSSD says:

Bingo! If she’s interested, she’ll reply pretty quickly. If she doesn’t, she’s either not serious about really establishing a sugar arrangement or you’re not her first choice. I give em 24 hours tops and then I block them.

SA has gone total bonkers with these series of bull crap new features. It seems they’re desperately trying new streams of revenues.

Jeepers…Dog ears and tongues, now flower wreath halos. Filter needed for tattoos, platonic only relationships, up front before meeting allowances, and now we have to deal with wish lists? Have you gone mad?? The more SA sells itself ( and the women on here ), the trashier it becomes. Regular old fashion dating is becoming more appealing by the day, because this circus is getting weird!

    • GRINCH says:

A agree 100% By doing this they are promoting the idea/illusion that there are many wealthy/rich money just dying to find some young females to donate money to in exchange of …. NOTHING!

I actually messaged on SB telling I wanted to send her 5000, and she proceeded to give me Western Union wiring instructions. And kept messaging me for the next 24 hours.

    • Anonymous says:

Good points re searching for tattoos, platonic only, and ESPECIALLY up front meeting costs–as if HER time is *so* valuable. If I pay for appetizers, drinks, uber, and babysitting, I really do not feel I need to pay for anything else–especially if five minutes in, I am thinking, yikes…. That “wishlist” thing it WAY tacky. It’s something I sometimes ask for after meeting someone, though.

How about a way to bookmark SBs without letting them know you have favorited them?

How about a BSC quiz / meter for the ladies to take? (Just kidding…not)

    • Anonymous says:

The dog ears and nose put these “women” into the “girl” category immediately. Tattoos and piercing are bad enough( I try to keep an open mind). Now it’s Christmas in August… Hey, check out my wish list Santa! I mean SD. Is anyone thinking what I’m thinking…. It’s time for a new website business introducing affluent wealthy gentleman to young beautiful women for a mutually beneficial relationship arrangement.

      • Anonymous says:

What women do you deal with? I have only seen 18-24 year old girls with those filters.

      • Anonymous says:

18 to 24 ear old girls on SA?? Any SB on SA should be categorized as a woman by now. I don’t date 18 to 24 year old “girls.” I look for 18 to 24 year old WOMEN.

      • Anonymous says:

Girls and women is a whole another subject we talk on for hours. It’s really subjective. A 18-19 year old is still a teen, and until 21 probably will remain a very young adult because the brain in females stops developing at that age, or better say it matures fully then. So yes, by today’s standards I haven’t seen a 18 year old girl describing herself as a woman. The same we say that a 30 year old man is a guy. It doesn’t really make much difference however way you look at it!

    • Whatever SB says:

I have tattoos… why does that have to necessarily be a bad thing when it comes to Sugar Babies?

There are so many health relationships people can get from this site: Blaire, the grad student tired of unreliable boyfriends taking her to Chipotle meets Rick, an older but more reliable guy who takes her to nice places and helps with school; Claire, the single mom, who can’t really date meets Chris who treats her well and helps with the rent so she doesn’t need to work overtime and can spend more time at home; Eve, who isn’t working right now but loves to travel, mets Bill who takes her to some great places.

All of these are reasonable expectations and Rick, Chris, and Bill will pay to join this site. All are happy. People tell others. The site prospers.

Seems to me that there are a lot more people out there like this than pay pigs who want to fill the Amazon wishlist … plus, its a much healthier situation and a much easier marketing message.

But this seems to be a step in the opposite direction!

    • yougottabekiddingme says:

How do you feel about a reallyfreaky wishlist?

      • reallyfreaking says:

Yeah – I do have a reallyfreaky wishlist that I’d like SBs to provide for before we start an arrangement because 8 of them are chasing one of me at the moment!

  39. Maxwell says:

The thing that pisses me off is this: “You asked for wish lists and your wish is our command.” What about what the SD wants? Were your bread and butter SA!

I want a simple check box like smoking or drinking has but for sex.

    Here for sex
    Not here for sex

I don’t care how you particularly word it for the lawyers. I just want the effect to be the same.

I want the girls who are clearly here not to have sex never to appear in my search results ever again.

Let us filter these girls out the same way we filter smokers out. If you want to be all like your wish is our command.

Then please listing to your biggest group of paying customers. SDs.

Also this “Featured Search Results” is not cool. Because when I search “Sort by Newest.”

I should not have two older accounts show up.

For god sakes SA. I’m looking at one that says last login 7 days ago.
Sort by newest should mean what it means. SORT BY NEWEST.

You said what I am thinkng…. Thanks!!

      • Anonymous says:

Completely agree with you guys. Platonic arrangements don’t exist but the delusional SBs (or hustlers as I like to call them), believe “there are some guys out there looking for that”, which is nonsense of course! There should be a filter to filter out the delusional SBs rather than this silly “wishlist”.

      • Anonymous says:

They do exist but they are really rare.

      • D_Anon says:

Sure platonic exists, it just doesn’t come with an allowance. 😉

    • Anonymous says:

They need boxes for (1) platonic only or (2) online only.

There’s one that just signed up in my local who says I don’t read emails here. If you want to contact me, go to my gofundme page and I receive contact info for those who contribute. Plus, she’s a solid 3.

Blackberry used to control the market for smartphones …

    • Anonymous says:

A few things really confuse me. The girls on here who have indicated anything above “minimal” who state right in their profile the relationship will be “virtual” only.

Right behind that are the ones that state no sex.

For further amusement, ones that are marked Practical with a desire for online only.

What was that old MTV show called? Ahh, yes. NEXT!

    • NSA says:

Sorry, the basic definition of SD/SB is never sex, said Brandon Wade himself!!!when he made this websites!!
Otherwise it’s not SD/SB, it’s as simply as that for the law. Every income a person gets has to be given to the tax authorities, they did nothing in the past , but now it’s crisis , believe me, in some European countries they check Facebook, when someone with a low income says I’m going to Australia, when he comes back , they are standing at his door. Same thing when a student suddenly is wearing very expensive clothes. On the other side the escorts and pro’s consider SB’s as competition, they take away their income, logical that they come on the site, it’s their way of fighting back like the SB do to get their studies paid, they do it to survive.
Who is the person to tell what is correct and what is wrong….

    • Margo says:

Nice feature, as a SB i would like that checkbox too

  40. Garky Pork says:

And now, for paying the full amount, we get advertising, too?

  41. sd with open eyes says:

I think the vast majority of sugar babies would never consider paying. However, having an integrated wish list might help.

  42. yougottabekiddingme says:

I really hope someone gets me a $500 gift card to Olive Garden…breadsticks for life!

    YOU get a breadstick, YOU get a breadstick…EVERYBODY gets a breadstick 😀

    • GRINCH says:

Would be nice to have a feature where if a SB has a dog ears and tongue filter on her profile picture, she immediately gets removed and also would be nice to prohibit any platonics from hanging on this site.

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

Hehe. Well, Grinch…I’ll have you know that this isnt exclusive to SBs. Have seen SDs with such photo enhancements as well.

Your username…you write it in all caps…does that mean youre extra grinchy? Kinda wanna tickle you just to see what happens ;p

      • GRINCH says:

Enhancements are a one thing, but putting a damn Koala or Dog filter on a profile is horrible 😉

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

Yes, that’s what I mean…SDs with bunny ears, dog faces, flower halos, etc. Not sure if it should be deemed a matter of discretion or an epidemic.

Did a google search for “photoshop face art”…would rather that kind of photo alteration than some of the puppydog faces Ive seen.

  43. Anonymous says:

How do we access the wish list function? Seems cool, but I can’t find a way to do so.

    • yougottabekiddingme says:

You have to upgrade to a premium membership.

Would you SDs actually send gifts from a wishlist? Sounds like wishful thinking to me. I dunno. I can see it turning into the new prerequisite for a meetup. And then FedUp will have ennndless material 😀

      • SBonline says:

I upgraded but can’t see it anywhere.

      • OnlineNewbieSD says:

Shortly after starting an arrangement I typically ask for their amazon wishlist, an adamandeve wishlist, maybe something good else…so that’s not inherently bad…it does set it up for pre m&g gifting which would serve as a filter for me…

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

        Ah…i see

  44. OnlineNewbieSD says:

This just guaranteed I’ll never renew my membership!

    • OnlineNewbieSD says:

I may not even continue to communicate with anyone on here and delete my account…notes is a BAD thing for privacy…don’t need another data breach!

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

Why do you say? It could be used for quick reference rather than having to scroll through all of your correspondences. Might also be ideal for those who mentioned that they cant recall previous discussions having deleted messages. A short list, if you will. I think even something as simple as, “Only in town once a month,” or, “prefers skymiles over allowance” could be helpful.

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

I posted a response to this, but it wet away. Maybe itll come back. Didnt even use the v-word.

Why do you think it is a bad thing for privacy?

      • OnlineNewbieSD says:

ANY information stored in their system about a member can be bartered, sold, hacked…whatever…by a disgruntled member, bad employee…bad stuff!

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

But there is information stored in messages, no?

was thinking it could be used as a quick reference instead of having to scroll through an entire message history to recall something.

        Whadya think?

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

But there is information in message history, no? Was thinking that notes could be used for quick reference instead of scrolling through an entire message history for recall.

Are you thinking that maybe people would use it note personal identifiers?

      • Catcher 22 says:

@Online. Have you retired your gravatar? I always thought it was pretty cool. ygbkm had some fun ones. The gravatars I really miss were those of @Struggles and, of course, @Jaybird ?

      • Jaybird923 says:

Lol posting gravatars was my outlet I get to show off and be sexy here since I go out of my way to be as average as possible when I’m walking around in real life 🙂

      • yougottabekiddingme says:

@Online, Im not sure that it would be much different from information you might share in a message. I was thinking that notes could be used as a quick reference instead of having to scroll through the entire message history. “Has a roommate” or “only in town for a week” or “wants money before meeting” etc. I suppose people could use it to store identifying information, though.

Ha…the days of the avatars…favorite pastime.

      • reallyfreaking says:

        I completely agree with OnlineNewbieSD.
They say it’s safe but it’s NOT!
Read the news, people (even the Pentagon got hacked … by an 18 year old!).
My privacy is critical and this is a non-starter for me.

  45. yougottabekiddingme says:

the note feature is cool, but i dont think Im quite sold on a premium membership

  46. Anonymous_SSSD says:

Hey ladies…you better hope you finalize your SD conversations within 7 days or SA now locks you out of any message thread older than 7 days unless you’re a premium member.
